I purchased this product from a company called iherb. But after using this product I found it to be next to useless. Iherb said they cannot refund me as they are not responsible but to contact Natural Care directly. I have sent two emails through their website link but have not heard back. On the packaging it says a 90 day money back guarantee. I explained this product is doing nothing for my tinitus and I want my refund but they don't seem to care. I cannot ring them but only contact via their internal website email system. I think these products are a scam. If they were worried about their products they would have responded to me by now. Don't get sucked into their products.
