I bought some Amiri jeans size 31 I was kinda skeptical after seen all bad comment but overall I had great experience I order my pants in morning they was shipped out by 5 o'clock evening time I received them 3 days later exactly as describes in got them for a great price every where else wanted a thousand or better so I definitely recommend End if you want some Amiri jeans
I ordered a pair of Adidas and used the UK size conversion chart. The chart was inaccurate. I received sneakers that don't fit me. Customer service refuses to help. Wants me to pay $70 to send back a pair of $100 sneakers to get the correct size. Luke, the customer service representative rude and unhelpful don't order from this site.

I purchased a pair of sneakers online for 200 CAD$. I live in Toronto. At the time of purchase, I paid for shipping and handling. Nowhere through my payment online did END website show or made clear that there would be additional Duty fees.
When FedEx personnel dropped off the sneakers, I was told I would have to pay an extra 60 CAD or I would not get my pair of sneakers.
When I reached out to END asking why there wasn't some notification on their website about these additional costs, after approx. 2 wks I was told these were duty fees and there would be no redress.
This was my first time shopping with END and it will be my last as well.

Horrible Experience. Customer service lacks urgency and efficiency. Been going back and fourth with Khey for over 2 months about an item I ordered. I ordered an item and they have sent me the complete different item. I returned and asked them to correct and send the replacement in which I was informed I would be refunded and would have to order again. They got back to me and said i was refunded to my account but nothing was popping up in my account credits. I went back and about 2-3 weeks later they said they accidentally refunded me in the wrong currency and thats why it was not popping up on my account. I Then ordered the item, and about a few days later, at the EXACT same time and date, received 2 emails. 1 saying my order was cancelled and 1 saying that it was shipped. I then went back to support after 2 months asking them what the issue is now, and they came back saying that there was only 1 left but they still didn't send to me. Replies took forever even after going back and fourth and trying to solve this issue with someone who has been asking them constantly for 2 months on updates. Will not be shopping here again. Horrible Company and no compensation for lost time.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks that I had been wanting for over 2 years and which were not available anywhere. I was amazed to find them at END clothing. The price was very competitive and they offered free shipping. I am in Australia and had never heard of END. I ordered them and they arrived very quickly in a little over a week to my rural address. They were well packaged and PERFECT. I highly recommend END.

Orders placed on 1/4 are not being shipped until today, which is 1/14. The delivery company, DPD, also said they hadn't received my parcel yet. I've been sending inquiries through e-mail and SNS, but the AI only gives mechanical answers, and it's not helping me at all to solve my problem. Even the live chat is difficult to connect, but there is no person and the AI is only responding stupidly. All right, send my stuff quickly. If it keeps going this way, I think the credit card company will have to put pressure on it.
My experience with End Clothing has been extremely disappointing. I recently made a purchase of a pair of Y3 trainers from their website, and while the delivery arrived on time through DPD, the contents of the box were a complete shock. Instead of the Y3 trainers I had ordered, I received an entirely different brand of trainers. This mix-up raises concerns about the integrity of their warehouse operations. Not only did I receive the wrong product, but all the tags were present in the box, just not on the trainers I had actually ordered. Given the significant cost of Y3 trainers, this mix-up is beyond frustrating. To add insult to injury, I now have to wait for an investigation to take place, and there's no guarantee I'll be able to get my hands on the rare trainers I initially wanted since they are sold out. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and questioning the reliability of End Clothing's service.

I ordered a jumper and sandals from End totalling £310 and the parcel was never delivered, possibly stolen in transit. I complained to END but they blamed DPD. I phone DPD and they told me to take it up with END as they were the account holder. Citizen's Advice are very clear on this (it's the retailers responsibility to deliver the goods you pay for) and yet END still did nothing. Do not order from END Clothing!

This is unacceptable that End. Didn't reply about anything since i order a jacket on 22 Nov and i have tried to contact End. For so many time. All its reply left was suggesting to view the FAQs but it doesn't helpful at all. They has created a label number of my parcel at Fedex on 22 Nov and the status didn't have any update. I have ask for help to Paypal as well and i am hoping this nightmare can come to the end.

I've placed 3 separate orders and my clothes always arrive soooo fast. I'm only writing a good review because most retailers do not give the designer hanger that accompanies the item but each time I've ordered Versace they give me the Versace velvet hanger too which is why I'll only buy from them when possible. If I'm spending 1500k on a top at least give me the darn hanger and while other places don't, they DO. All my designer clothes have the respective hanger as I usually shop in store so this is a big deal to me and I appreciate this company going the extra mile. I hope they continue this policy forever. It's the little little things that are HUGE. Appreciate them sooo much!
Simply tragic avoid this website! Imagine buying two items one item which is $100 and the other being $10. However, due to a website or inventory error, the $100 item is "out of stock". END's practice is to automatically proceed to ship you the remaining $10 item without along with the standard $20 shipping fee without consulting you! Customer service also takes 3 days to respond to your emails - terrible!
My order came and one item was broken and another was not packed in. Missing. Agent insisted they packed it in and closed the case. It's a cheap item of US$44. Sent them pictures of how the items were packed. And how the other item was not packed in. Appalled that they just brush it off nonchalantly. Not a trusted company to deal with. Beware!

I set my delivery to a collection point and the £125 trainers I ordered were never delivered, ordered with several weeks in advance for my partner's birthday. Not heard back from End they've got the delivery as "complete". Emailed End and they haven't got back to me. Awful service, birthday ruined.

I ordered a Tee-Shirt amongst other things however the Tee-Shirt never arrived. The box was in perfect condition and had not been tampered with so the Tee-Shirt was never packed. After a lengthy email exchange over many weeks with Francis from customer support END refused to reimburse me or send out a replacement. 0/10 would not recommend will probably take your money for nothing.

Scammers! Dishonest company that has become totally unreliable! They canceled a portion of my order and never informed me about it. And when it past the delivery due date I emailed them they never replied. Mind you I had not receive a single email regarding the status of my order. Then I did a live chat that I waited an hour for… they said they will follow up with an email. But the next day they canceled the entire order. The refund was also insufficient too. They are scammers. Do not buy from them!

Delivery on your order is usually slow, but God forbid if you ever have to return your item. I sent my item over 8 days ago and there's been no update at all. There's no digital confirmation of your return for you track the item. If you can buy the item you need directly from the brand, that will be better as their customer service process is seriously lacking.

Outrageous! Please avoid. I'm never buying from End again. I spent £580 with them online and 3 of the items from the order (2 of which are presents I've not been able to give people) were missing. From the items that did arrive 1 was faulty and is too big to send back via their online service. I have contacted them 4 times and have not had a response back. I had an automated response saying they'd get back in tough within 5-7 days and they haven't. Absolutely awful. So disappointed.
Placed an order for a pair of Nike SB Shanes from Singapore on the 17th of July, received an email that the order was shipped on the same day and I could expect delivery on the 20th (as unlikely as that sounds). Eventually received the order on the 23rd of July, the shoes came perfect in the right size with a thank you note.
Read a lot of poor reviews and felt a bit apprehensive but i'm happy with my order. Perhaps stating more accurate/realistic delivery time would be better especially for international orders, but receiving it in under a week across the world is still not bad at all

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband's birthday and right after the order noticed that their sizing chart was listed incorrectly and had the wrong conversions, so the pair of shoes I ordered were going to be too large for my husband. I contacted them right away and they told me it's too late to cancel order but I could refuse the order when it arrives or they would try and stop the order in the middle the shipment. The order was never delivered and ended up going back to the company, so I thought that they have stopped it on their end. I did get a refund, but without the shipping I paid for. I then placed another order of the same shoes in the correct size, and the order was not delivered and there was a note in the tracking, saying that there was something wrong with my shipping address. I looked on my first order, and it happened to be the exact same reason as the first order, so I contacted them, and found out that my order never made it through customs, so that first order didn't either. I sent them an email saying that if my order was going to be returned to the company they needed to fully reimburse me for the shoes and the shipping because I now had two orders that never made it through customs that was not my fault. I asked for a full refund including the shipping, they have not responded. It's not worth the headache or money loss. DO NOT ORDER FROM END!
