This store us my new bff for UK goodies. The cookies came in tact. The chocolate although I haven't opened and tried it, was NOT melted. They placed a freezer pack which melted but it did its job! I have to admit I was expecting melted shortbread chocolate cookies. However, that was not the case! Ordering was easy. Waiting for delivery and/or ship time was just a few days.
This was my first time ordering from English Tea Store's site and I am totally satisfied! All the goodies were delivered fast and packaged well. Nothing damaged, crushed or crumbled! Cannot wait to place additional orders! I paid extra for the cooling bag and things were packed perfectly in it. Thanks so much!
I loved every tea I purchased from this shop and plan to buy again! The flavors and quality are amazing, absolutely top-notch. Shipping was pretty fast as well.
The only downside is the outdated e-commerce experience; I had to triple-check before opening my receipt because it looked like a spam email with a PDF attachment from "online store". Now that I know, I will purchase again - but I would suggest that English Tea Stores look into updating their e-commerce platform.

This Cream Earl Grey is amazing. After having similar tea at a castle in Co Springs I decided I had to get some for more frequent enjoyment. The castle gift shop was sold out so I hunted online and found the English Tea Store. I tried a sample and was thrilled that I had found a tea seemingly identical to the Cream Earl Grey I enjoyed at the castle. It is delicious and soothing and the fragrance is wonderful! Thank you so much!
After trying a sample from the English Tea Store and another online tea store, I found that the tea from ETS tasted superior to the other and was almost identical to what I had been searching for.
I have been hunting for Cream Earl Grey tea that is similar to one I fell in love with. This is the closest I have gotten to replacing it. Thank you! Delicious!

I love this product. It just took too long for it to reach me. However, it did arrive in perfect condition, unlike my experience with Amazon when ordering salad dressing. (A glass bottle from Amazon arrived broken.)
Price. Patak's products are often very expensive online.

Unique products and hard to find lose tea.
My order was placed and received in a very timely manner and I love the Buckingham Palace Garden Party Tea! I liked the different options of what kind (loose leaf or tea bags) and the price was right! I prefer loose leaf but because I am the only tea drinker in our home, I can't drink it fast enough, I ordered the tea bags and the taste is just as good as loose leaf. Thanks you for offering this tea!

One of three marmalade jars I ordered was broken. English Tea Store's online customer service form would not accept the order number on the invoice. Their phone contact was impossible to reach. One hour waits on hold. My experience with this company was very bad.
Was easy to find what I was looking for on their website and was also easy to order what I wanted. Items arrived within a reasonable time and nothing was broken. Items selected were exactly as shown on the website. Packaging was sturdy and firmly held all the china pieces in place. Will definitely do business with this company again. Overall - I had a very positive customer experience.

I have purchased several of these tea warmers to match my teapots! I only wish they had even more colors to select from to buy! I would love to purchase a red tea warmer! I am hoping English tea store will add even more colors of tea warmers! I would definitely recommend purchasing this item! I would recommend to buy several in different colors as they are beautiful, practical, efficient & affordable!

I live in a small community that does not have a proper tea room. I often want to enjoy scones and pastries with tea in my home. I was delighted to find English Double Cream at the English Tea store. The price and shipping were very reasonable and I was please when the product arrived. I have previously ordered from a large retailer and the item was much more expensive and the shipping was less than satisfactory. I will be a return shopper in the future.

I have been drinking Darjeeling Tea for years and suddenly a few months ago it disappeared from the grocery shelves. I searched everywhere. I couldn't believe it wasn't being produced anymore so I searched online and that's where I found English Tea Store. Not only did they have Darjeeling but two other teas that I had given up hope of ever finding again. As a bonus the quality of the tea was better and at a better price. No more grocery store tea for me.
They had what I was looking for and a wide selection of other teas I had been wanting to try. Also, the prices were reasonable.

Because I like tea, and they have a great variety.
I was born and raised on the East Coast and loved the tradition of mince pie on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I've lived in Minnesota for many years and it is difficult or impossible to buy mince pies. I ordered mini mince pies and am very happy with them. Ordering was easy and the mini mince pies are wonderful. They are so delicious that I plan to buy them all year. They make the holidays so much more joyful and I plan to make the rest of the year joyful too.
I searched the internet and found mini mince pies and figured I’d give them a try and I’m very happy that I did.
A friend shared these cookies with us a few years ago and my granddaughter now 14 remembers and keeps asking if we will ever get more... her birthday is next month and I found them for her! Thank you!
My order couldn't be dispatched as the zip code was automatically changed when I entered the shipping address. My bad that I didn't check again but who would expect this to happen? I addressed customer service and they simply said they had delivered to the address given and that I had to contact the shipper. No way to get anyone on the phone/chat at UPS, only very useless AI. So I have spent $ 56 for nothing but hazzle. Very disappointing, first and last order.
I liked the assortment and the prices seemed fair.
I found this store after my partner and I traveled to the UK and got our first taste of clotted cream and single-serve teapots. Everything arrived well-packaged and earlier than anticipated, actually! This shop is communicative and has good prices on some great items. The free shipping on orders over $50 is quite a good incentive, too.

I know Taylor's of Harrogate teas, my favourite ones. I just wanted to organise all different ones I've been buying for years in a tea chest. Wasn't impressed with the quantity of wood, looks like mine got black marker right on the top of the cover. See attached picture. Whoever made this tea chest could just switched top of the chest to the bottom, cause rest of the box is good. Now I'm trying to cover this black mark, thinking about engraving…
