Did online course and was impressed with the substance of the course materials, methodology of training and assessment, and ease of use of website, particularly the student dashboard. The flexibility of doing the course was super helpful. Very helpful and personable support staff available, and the communication was nothing short of brilliant (emails advising of your progress and status of assessments; assessor comments on submissions, etc). Have already signed up for another course due to the silky-smooth experience with EOT.

Watch out for this trap! After paying for a course with the promise of a certificate in 3 days, I was informed that an additional $100 was required to get it on time. And of course, once paid, it's non-refundable! No transparency, no respect for customers. Avoid this website at all costs, it's a waste of money and time.

It was quick and easy to read the information and answer the questions. The most positive aspect was being able to take your time to read and answer the questions, as well as being able to read the information again if unsure of your answer.

The course is really boring and make zero effort to keep you entertained or interested.
Many questions are confusing even for native speakers. Other require you to painfully look up one random word from legislative excerpts etc.
Worst thing was that the phonecall assessment was virtually impossible to book unless you upgrade to priority (pay more) or you book like a month in advance which was impossible with my job. I had to switch to another course without a refund.
Was set up extremely well to be able to complete the test , being able to have a break and log back in was great!
Did the full course, passed. Booked the live phone call assessment twice because they ring but it's only a pop up screen so missed the calls. My mobile never rang out loud when they supposedly rang so missed both bookings. Husband rang my phone and yes my phone was on loud and clear. Very frustrating, extremely disappointing to pay for this and get nowhere. Will do my RSA through Tafe proper. This company is a waste of time and money. Avoid at all cost.

I'm writing this because I'm extremely frustrated with this website. I spent 4 hours answering 136 questions and recording video assessments, only to be rejected twice for minor details that wouldn't affect my eligibility for a white card. It's infuriating considering the in-person option for a white card can be obtained in just 2 hours. This online process is just ridiculous.
It was easy to understand what was required of me, without getting confused on what I had to complete next.
Quick turn around on marking, however some questions require answers that are addressed in the material provided.
They jus keep making you spend money and money and if u mess up anything slightly they make you have to pay a 200 rebooking fee it is a waste of money and time just go to a service nsw branch/ rto
It was reading intensive and I completed course over a couple of days. I would prefer face to face learning but due covid19 this was not an option.
It's a scam you do all the questions then it's says you have completed it and where would like certificates sent ext paid nearly $80 dollars then it told I had more to do before getting certificates videos and book a live phone test which was weeks booked out.
So they take your money and give nothing, government should step in I lost. 3 jobs due to this.
Absolutely disgusting I asked for refund they were so rude to me and just said no point blank.

The process of obtaining my RSA through EOT felt frustrating and misleading and left me - dispite of having successfully completed the course - disappointed. The teaser of not having to pay until you finished the course is simply not true. After working my way through the 150 multiple choice questions, I was asked to submit payment. Which I cheerfully did, thinking this was it. Silly me. The most difficult part was yet to come: completing 5 difference case studies with 1-3 questions each which had to be answered by submitting a video of yourself demonstrating your actions. While technically it is pretty straight forward, but quite a few of my submissions were rejected, not only once but twice, after having been corrected each time. I suspect the feedback comes out of an automated programme (or by AI). There's no personal interaction, nor is there a helpline or an offer of assistance (only if you are having technical difficulties). My only explanation for the forwards and backwards was that the "assessor" didn't understand my accented English (mother tongue: German). Given the importance of what the RSA represents, I find this impersonal and misleading training platform discouraging.
I have taken this training so many times it is too repetitive and it only relates to work in Australia.

Training which I gone through is fabulous and very understandable. Question /Answering is really deigned very well, user friendly, easy understandable and very convenient for everyone even whoever doesn't have much interaction with computers or smart technology.
Thorough and doesn't allow you to get away with not reading the content so people are engaged and actually paying attention
The course clearly states don't have to pay before completion but step 3 required payment details to continue with no OPT out option to proceed. Now regardless of what stage I'm at in the course, finish is finish and I was advised when getting to a certain point it deducts payment with no opt out. This online company is rubbish it clearly required payment BEFORE completion of final the assessment. Oh and lastly they require you to sign up to a 3rd party to validate review promising not to share information or review won't be published.STEER CLEAR.!
This training place is an absolute joke. We have been waiting three weeks for a simple white card and every time we contact them we get messed around. An 18 year old boy has lost the chance at a job for life because of the poor service provided by this pathetic training company. You should be completely shut down and disgusted with the service you are not supplying. I have only given you 1 star because there is no option for negative stars. Ridiculous...

The course notes were very helpful, the only flaw was the price being heavily advertised as 35 dollars only later to discover it's only for the paper white card give all information before you make someone go through the whole process coz I almost cancelled my paying. The other thing was about the people to verify for some people tell them early they don't know about that stuff
Sat through the rsa course and came to the final live audio assessment. After realizing the earliest booking was a month away, i paid for the priority service (115 dollars). The assessor was rude, short, patronizing, and hung up on me. I wouldn't go through this website again, I feel belittled.

Straight forth. Already have my white card but lost card & certificate so this was the easiest way to get a certificate again.
