They didn't send a faucet that was supposed to come with my sink. When we emailed them they said they wouldn't fix it. They gave a "24/7" phone number we could call to further help, but no one answers and the mailbox is always full. This is common from what I've read about them. Make sure to check if your online purchase runs through a 3rd party, and if it's them, just find a different product. It's not worth dealing with people who seem to commonly steal from their customers.

This is a great helmet. I ride a bicycle in high traffic downtown Seattle. It's lightweight and compact enough to stuff in a backpack or bike bag. It also, in my opinion, looks way better than the half football look of many bike helmets and the matte finish hides scuffs and scratches

The quality of chairs was not good so I escalated to cs team and wonder what they issued a full refund to me and also asked to keep or donate the chair. They are really and amazing and so helpful.

I got all the necessary items here, do not have to switch websites to shop. All Family needs fulfilled at one place. Will Recommend.
