Toluna has not paid me $20 in rewards for over two weeks, 6000 points on a survey from Oct 4 and a 3rd $10 reward I'm unable to verify, they send code to e mail, I type code in and it just buffers never completing process. Beware of this site, I've been a loyal customer for over 6 months and take my time to give thoughtful answers on their surveys. Prior to a few weeks ago, would have recommended them, but now it feels like they have stolen both my time and my input and customer service is awful, just automated responses.

Toluna refuses to redeem rewards after completing numerous surveys that were credited to my account. Through its representatives, I have received numerous deceitful reasons for not paying the rewards, with the latest being that my profile was not correct. I was never notified of any issues regarding my profile until I sought a redemption of the rewards. Toluna is defrauding participants by refusing to pay the rewards earned.
I don't care about your app having other request I been waiting on my gift card since July 13 what dose that have to do with anything you said I should have been got my gift card you are literally making up excuses.
Every time i finish a survey it tells me at the end i i didnt qualify or im not the person they looking for. It honestly a waste of time to do an entire survey and at the end have them tell u that ur not the right fit. And when i did some of the surveys and actually got the points on all of them i never got instantly it all said that it will take 6 weeks for my points to come in
I joined this site just for cash, points & online shopping with those points(extra side income).
But started getting surveys that I completed & when the time to get the points came after submit of the survey, it used to say I don't qualify or come next time or take another survey or update your info or profile. Basically they wanted to know about my house hold income or what I do to earn money. Survey site should be more interested in our genuine opinion in taking surveys & not our earning money personally. If I would have earning good. Why would I waste my time on these surveys.
