Was happy to receive my battery. It has significantly improved the lifetime of my laptop. The delivery was relatively quick (3 weeks). Although I had to pay about 10% in customs duties. Please do bear this in mind. Also, my battery came with some insignificant cracks on the screw holes. But it works anyways! The customer support is super helpful.

The provider asked for the exact model of my laptop to make sure the battery was compatible, and I was given a tracking number. The battery arrived after 3 weeks, which is more than reasonable in the current circunstances. It was safely packaged and in perfect state, half charged. Overall, the service was serious and reliable.
The only issue I had was with Urgent delivery. It seems not possible from China.
These people managed this quite well and refound very fast the extra cost pre-paid.
One buys on a european site but finally the seller is a chinese company which first surprised me. We then had issues in tracing the parcel and their service and customer service was perfect. So all in all, absolutely recommendable based on my positive experience
We store some hot selling products in your local warehouse but not all products, so some parcels will be shipped from Hongkong and it needs 12-15working days to arrive European countries.
