Suffering from rough hands this winter, I decided to get some of this Argan Oil. This product had the best review and not only that, it was the most reasonable by a bunch! After the first treatment, my hands are noticeably softer. I keep it by my reading table so when I finish in the kitchen and come to sit down, it's there to put a bit on my hands. It only takes a pea-sized amount on the back of each hand to do both hands and my once very dry cuticles. I'll never be without this stuff again. I love it!

Their customer service is the worst l have dealt with. I ordered a mold and skin tag remover for my husband. The day the package arrived with two other trial creams, l quickly opened the serum bottle and applied to the affected areas on my husband's back. When nothing happened as promised. Later that day, l applied again and so on. Days later, l looked at the bottle and to my surprise, it was a youthful serum for face. That same day, l noticed US$102.53 deducted from my checking account. I called to ask why and was told l didn't call with the 7 day trial. Nothing happened in 7 days after using a new product. I requested a refund and was told no! You knew exactly what you were doing and will not get a refund. A few days later, l called again, and spoke with another agent. Again, she was disrespectful and started the same as before. I hope no one else has to experience that kind of disrespect from a company. They have absolutely, no customer service Etiquette.

Their customer service is the worst l have dealt with. Dec. 13, I ordered an argan oil 50 mL bundle and they shipped it together with the 14 day trial Argan Infused Hyaluronic Acid Serum. I received the package the 20th of December and phoned in the 28th to check why I was billed twice, 1 for $251.14 and another for $143.08. I was told in a rude manner that the trial product is considered sold since I did not cancel right away. I said I did not even tried nor open the product, and if that is the case I'd rather send it back and ask a refund of my money. I requested a refund and was told NO! The rude lady is saying 14day trial starts when it was shipped. Seriously! And she rudely said You knew exactly what you were doing and will not get a refund. She was really disrespectful. I hope no one else has to experience that kind of disrespect from a company. They have absolutely, no customer service Etiquette.

They offer a free trial and when order is purposefully delivered late you not only receive items you didn't want nor have use for you're charged $139 and locked into a contract. When you attempt to call their provided phone number to cancel you can't get through and the automated system says to "try again" with no different outcome. Emails are unanswered and there's no mechanism on their website to cancel. Argon oil is a great product but I'd advise ordering from elsewhere.

My friend got trapped in their scam. Please be aware. She had to pay shipping for each item, and when she saw reactions to her skin and hair, she let the company know. The company made her pay for another shopping cost to return the items; otherwise, they were planning to charge the actual product prices. You can find different brands at a cheaper price from different companies. More importantly, Amazon and other websites have these items for very low prices.

I ordered 2 products. None of them worked. On the top of that worst customer service. And 14-day Trial is just extracting the money from customer for 1 time product. They charge you and terms and conditions are only to confuse customers in words.

Tip for consumers:
Very bad customer service. Their terms and conditions section is worst. It's full of tricky words to confuse customer and not taking returns from unhappy customers.

I bought Argan Oil + Idrotherapy but had to throw away. It didn't suit me and they didn't take return.

They offer "free" trial sample to be delivered. Hidden in terms and conditions is a clause that says you must contact them to cancel trial within 14 days of order date or you locked into forced deliveries costing hundreds of dollars. Order never arrives in time so they make you responsible to contact them to redo delivery. And the cycle just repeats. At some point you miss the time restriction and automatically get locked in.

I had an allergic reaction to this product so I contacted Essence of Argon to return it during the 14 day trial period and paying the 12.98 on shipping cost…they said I would have to pay an additional 9.99 for each item I received to get an RMA number for the return and pay for return shipping. BTW the 14 day trial starts the day you place your order, not the day you receive it.

Was not a good experience.

They only wanted me to pay for the shipping, the never send any confirmation email, it took 17 days before the products arived, the money was taken a few days after that and I was not allowed the proper trial... I'm a beneficiary with a chronic illness, and have no kids or husband or any family for support, and they took more than 300 dollars out of my account a few days before Xmas... I have been trying to get my money back... I never subscribed, yet I am told I was... Still to this day thanks to their greedy actions, I had to go without groceries that Xmas and all the automatic payments of my bills were left up the wall with no payment to give them, as there was hardly any money left in my account after they swiped it all... I am so depressed now

Straight up ... They need to return my money full stop. And then they should review the way they advertise items... To me it's false advertising

I am now writing to you for the fourth or fifth time. I thought I had a breakthrough last week when I received an email back from you clearly stating you would get back to me by phone in response to my complete dissatisfaction of your product. I don't want to have to go through everything I said as I'm sure it's on record, and assumed you would be prompt with getting back to me to resolve my dispute as you showed a sincere acknowledgement by way of an apology and an explanation for the tiny amount of product I received in an already very small jar of the idro… cream. I have now reached the point where I am going to try to disgrace this company by way of social media and posts. I believe I have been reasonable and patient in this situation and am so disappointed with the way things have been handled on your behalf. Not only did I cancel all transactions to your business but I also never received the outstanding amount owed for the postage of a product I never ordered or received, which was promised by one of your customer service employees but was also talked into paying for a COMPLETE product which was at very best a third of a jar! As I stated I was happy enough with the Argan oil as it was a full bottle. I am now sounding like a broken record and fed up with you lack of communication an any sort of compassion for my situation. I would gladly appreciate it if someone could get back to me ASAP as this has become farcical as is your company. Money and greed obviously is at the essence of your business. I have already started the ball rolling in regards to disgracing your company and won't stop until you are under. I responded to a free trial offer. What they fail to tell you is that you are automatically enrolled in the subscription program and that if you don't like the product and want to cancel you still need to pay $29 USD for the free trial offer. I have sent back the product without trying it, it could be the best product in the world but I refuse to deal with a company that is so underhanded in how they sell their product. It cost me $20 in shipping to receive and return this! Thank-you for nothing.

You cannot just cancel your subscription. You need to wait for the product to arrive so if you are on vacation when it arrives late, you're screwed! Did NOT receive my product and still had to pay 30$

This product is not merely to moisturize and heal eczema. But also helps me avoid puffy eyes and shiny hair. Thumbs up who invented it! I am an argan addict since my 30s, and this is really organic!

I bought this product on one of their trials and so far £73 pounds as been taken from my account. I rang them before the money was taken because I wanted to cancel but they said I could not because in the small print you sign up to a subscription.The small print is very small and I mean small.The lady on the phone said I could have the Argan oil for £29.95 and the other item as a free gift but they took £73 pounds from my account. Also the UK number on their site goes through to the Philippines.

My Mother clicked to get a free trial. Charged my elderly mother $500 plus in try-epay.com and subscription contract that she never agreed to. They will not return her money and told her in order to return the product she has to pay $9.99 for each sample and next month subscription. I will be posting on the Hemp Oil capsules and BBX Keto Weight loss as well. Same Damn company. Different emails, different phone numbers. My mother now has to pay for postage to IRELAND to return it! Just to get her $300 back although she has to pay postage and $9.99 US for each product to return! DO NOT click for free sample!

Don't get caught. Absolute scam. If you don't return trial within 2 weeks they keep deducting on a regular basis. I'm over $1000 out of pocket. Cancel the subscription you don't know you have or cancel your card immediately.

I seen the ad on Facebook, I was interested, so I ordered the product. Not knowing the fine print as well. The bottle, I received initially " essence of argan" already had a pinhole drilled in it, therefore did not get to try it. Then reached out to company to see why I had been charged $137.53 that I was not budgeting for. I proceeded to ask the agent to speak to her manager, 4 or 5 times. She kept ignoring my request. I explained that I am a single mother greiving the death of an only daughter that passed a year previous. I have my 17 yr old son to raise and I'm on a certain budget. I was exhausted in trying to communicate with her, as well I stated that I was dealing with a burst water pipe., more stress added. That cancel everything if I could have my $137.53 reimbursed, I' cannot put anymore energy into this situation She then proceeded to carry on about the 2nd product not being addressed. Somebody needs to teach her Customer Service Skills

Don't repeat what ,the other dissatisfied customers have experienced. My apologies, if I'm spending money I expect to be satisfied overall as a customer. I am not happy with my whole experience with this product. How I received the tampered product, then charged unknowingly. To discuss my query with the agent was a complete waste of energy.

I ordered what I thought was a sample bottle of this Essence of Argan oil, just paying shipping, from an Instagram ad. But a charge of 104 USD was subsequently made to my credit card. When I queried this $104 charge I was told that the bottle was not a sample but a trial, and it had to be returned within 14 days in order to prevent the full price being charged, and that furthermore I had also signed up for a monthly subscription! I was also told I could not return the product at this point even though I've now been charged full price and it's within 30 days of my having received it. On top of all that, the product is not that great and certainly not worth the price.
I feel this company's promotion is deceptive. The information about the full price and the subscription is buried way down at the bottom of the original invoice for the "trial" bottle after a load of stuff about supporting the women of Morocco and "sharing the miracle" blah blah blah.
I cancelled my "subscription" and will watch my credit card for future charges from this organization. Charges also don't show up as Essence of Argan but as Changing Body so it's not even clear who you're dealing with.
I learned my lesson to be very careful about what I order online from now on.

Tip for consumers:
Be very careful that you understand what you're signing up for. The information in their email invoice prints out 5 pages long and the terms and conditions are at the end following lengthy and unnecessary copy about the "miracle" product and helping women of Morocco, all designed to make you ignore the truth about the true cost of what you've just purchased.

Don't do it, it's a scam. Read the fine print.
Product arrives outside of the trial period which voids all other options.

I signed up for a free trail in November last year, cc needed for postage ( should have been first red flag)my parner called me today to ask why $152.55 is debited every month from this account, although on line shows price as $95.50 well off course the small print was blamed. I NEVER SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY DELIVERIES and order as i need ( i do NOT USE THIS PRODUCT) PLEASE BE CAREFULL OF FALLING FOR THIS I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FOR OVER $1000. 00.

They have just taken $280 out of my account. I saw an ad on Facebook about trying a free sample where I had to pay for postage and that way I gave my card details. However in the very very small print apparently you are signing up for a subscription. Before I had even received my first free sample the money had already come out for the 2nd. I rang and was told it was all in the terms. None of their emails had anything on there and the lady just hung up. Stay away from their website and ads - they rip you off.

'Beautiful natural oil. I have been using this in the day and one at night and given up on makeup! My skin feels amazing. I love it. I sourced them out specifically for that - bonus is that the oil and the company is lovely too. When I re-order I will just request now not to send one in my next order. Product is brilliant, I would highly recommend'

Excellent value for the money. I use argan oil for many things, including dry skin and adding to some of my hair care products. A little goes a long way this bottle will last for a while. My skin gets very dry especially on my hands in winter from walking my dogs in the cold so much. I highly recommend their products.
