Decent hands-on experiences, but only because they are so desperate to keep staff so you are thrown right in. It's insanely disorganized, so much pressure, management will gaslight you if you come to them with a problem. Honestly, it's not the worst job, but certainly not the best.
They will constantly neglect you. Employees will suffer to death in order to be heard. They will treat you like a number and not like a person. I really do regret the time I spent there. I could use that time and go up in my career because I have shown so much effort and in the end, even without giving me a proper chance to say goodbye to my people, I was kicked off.
