Event ticket center charges DOUBLE the price per ticket! Then they have the audacity to charge $9.95 for "DELIVERY FEE" which they don't even send a physical ticket! So there is NO postage! We have to use our own personal printer to print the tickets still! Ridiculous RIP OFF SCAM COMPANY! Also, WHO is this "LaKisha Manning" from Event Ticket Center? Is she the one profiting off scamming good people?!

After purchase I was charged an exorbitant fee of an additional $163.40 for 5 tickets. Also the seat numbers were not listed so shame on me for purchasing, but I ended up with the correct row but as far to the side as possible. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. I do not recommend purchasing from this site.

I paid over 130 dollars for a show that lasted less than an hour. Buy a 70 dollar ticket and what do you know not until the last minute does this ticket site tack on 50 more dollars. Its a joke. Even if I wanted to sell the ticket afterwards I already lost 50 dollars. Then of course Marilyn Manson who $#*!es about capitalism reaps the most benefits of it. Changing 40 bucks a T-shirt? Really? What a crock of $#*!.

We showed up with my 3.5 and 8.5 year old nephews that were super excited to go to their first Mets game. We stood in a long line to be told that our printed tickets couldn't be scanned and we had to go stand in line at the ticket counter. After standing that line we were told they also couldn't scan our printed tickets so we had to stand in a line at customer service. After an hour total they finally printed me tickets and we missed a lot of the game. It sucked!

It was a great show and experience! Would definitely buy tickets for this venue again very soon. Events ticket center was very easy to use, I was able to download and print my tickets with no problem. Awesome service!

The show was awesome but the place we ordered the tickets thru I will never use them again. Their service charges were ridiculous n the fact that they didnt have the service fees up front n u didnt see them until the very end when they printed out the cost of everything. That is a scam within itself. You should not even be in business if that is how you run your business.

The site was easy to navigate. Ticket options (# of seats, location, etc.) were clear & included photos of "view" so expectations were clear. But I had to pay $5 per ticket in addition to paying for tickets to be mailed! So the tix listed at $24@ ended up costing over $37@. You're a website! What do you need $5 overhead for every single ticket? Ridiculous! And for that, I will very likely never use you again.

Events Ticket Centers just didn't want to take the time to help me with concert tickets that I ordered "e-mobile devices" as the mode of ticket delivery. I'm not well informed with the current mobile tech devices. I thought that when I was presented with the e-mobile question that I could receive tickets as "e-tickets". I can print e-tickets through my iPad. All ETC customer service rep would say is that I should have known that I needed a smart phone to show the digital images at the door of the venue. SORRY!
Oh yeah, by the way, they sell your email information!

The Events Ticket Center worked out perfectly. I was able to find the price I wanted to pay and a seat that was the best acceptable in that price range. Printed the ticket and it worked out just as expected.

We saw josh Abbott band and he is normally very good and this time it was so awful. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I wish I never bought tickets and wasted my money

The concert was a lot of fun, the artists were incredible and there was so much energy in the crowd. There really wasn't a bad seat in the whole amphitheater

Very disappointed that the tickets were for a canceled venue. Terrible experience. I spent about two hours on the phone and had a very difficult time getting someone to agree to refund my money.

This is a great website. Easy to navigate and really easy. A pleasure. The fees are ridiculous. Over the top. Would I do it again? Perhaps.

After ordering the tickets I checked several other websites for tickets - same night, same section, etc., and found the tickets I bought to be at least twice the standard value. Won't use this site again and wouldn't recommend it to friends.
