The company offers you a "free sample" for the cost of shipping. If you do not call them back before 14 days are done, you begin to get monthly shipments that cost $87.35 each! Tried to call and return the unopened shipment, and the woman was rather rude. She said it was disclosed on the order that it would send you product every month. I went back to the website, after I hung up on her, and could not find it on the order part of the website. It was at the very bottom of a disclosure page, and not conveniently located for consumers. I cancelled all future shipments from this outrageously priced cream.

They tell you it's 4.99 for a 14 day trial (as if you would know if it works in the 7 days you actually have it in your possession). They also say that if you choose not to continue with the $89 monthly subscription that you have to return the unused portion in that 14 days BUT they do not provide you with an address ANYWHERE to return it, nor a phone number. Not on your receipt and not in the package it comes in. Canceling is a process with long wait times, an option to leave your number and place in line but they never actually call you back. I eventually had to dispute it through my bank. They are criminalsdon't do it! Also, they only tell you the trial is for the face cream NOT the eye cream. I didn't even want the face cream but they make the decline option so small that you miss it. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Immortal, no conscious criminals.
