@EVERLINESHOP This company is a scam. Stay away from them if you care about your money or chance to talk to your fav artist I did not receive ANY communication from Everline that I won the fansign event. Absolutely nothing after my purchase order confirmation email I spent the whole week crying over not winning the fansign after spending so much on it and expecting to win. I checked my email and KKT multiple times all week and there was nothing. I resigned to the fact that I didn't win, only to wake up on the event day to missed video calls. They claimed to have contacted me twice on KKT to notify me that I won and again before the fansign. I sent them proof of my full KKT history since the account was created that shows absolutely nothing from them. No messages at all from them and they refuse to look into it. You do not want to experience what I did, the shock of missing the chance to talk to your favorite artist without even knowing about it because of their gross incompetence. Learn from my experience and stay away from them at all costs. Try any other fansign event!
