This company is very difficult to work with. I ordered face masks and filters from them, so that I would have a comfortable face mask for my trip. After three weeks, I still hadn't received the masks and I sent a query asking them about the status. I sent this email through their website. When I didn't hear back, I sent a second email through their website stating my cancellation of the order. I still didn't hear back. After four weeks, I sent an email through my own account stating I wanted the order canceled. I didn't have the masks by the time of my trip (four weeks after I had ordered.) When I returned from my trip, Finally, after five weeks, I heard from someone at the company telling me it was too late to cancel. My order was being processed. I contacted the company and told them I would return the packages unopened when they arrived. The company said they could not accept a return due to the nature of the product. Nor could they give me a full refund. They offered a 15% refund, not including shipping. I had canceled before the order had shipped at their website. They are very difficult people to deal with. They could have apologized for taking so long to fill my order and canceled. I would have had a positive feeling about them. Instead they wanted to make life as difficult as possible.
