Please don't be mislead by this company, they took all I had invested I was foolish to have trusted them. They froze my wallet and locked me out, even the representative that was always calling stopped. I never knew chargeback was easy until I met (Solvlyin) on telegram. They handled my case intelligently and kept me updated with the status of my reclaim until I recovered every $ I invested. I am so happy now

I downloaded this app on my Mac some years back and bought Bitcoin and some other cryptocurrencies. And I check the wallet once in a while. In January I checked it again and the balance was zero, and I tried to restore the wallet a few times but same result. So I got in touch with customer service and I was told that maybe someone had access to the Mac. That was ridiculous cos I live alone and for someone to have access they would have to break into my apartment. And after my complaint they just ignored all my emails.

Use a crypto wallet and not one with online storage.
They pretend to be nice in the chat but they don't care about you or your money. They stole 12k and no one did anything to help me. They are not reliable. I won't recommend at all exodus.
