“No communication - no answers - charged 2X”

This company takes your order and your money then there is no further communication. Weeks have gone by... after five calls to this company I was told each time I would be receiving a call back. Calls were never returned. I've sent emails as well and still no refund for being charged twice for one order. They aren't able to give you any idea how long it takes to process an order and can't tell when a refund will be submitted. No Answers to any of my questions! This company is also under the name of Acanpo (Andrea) on Etsy. They don't respond to messages on this site either. - "Beware" - order from another company!

The jist is that this company scammed me of over $700.00 and caused me to miss my tradeshow. This happened a few years ago but I haven't forgotten about it. I'm gearing up for another tradeshow now and I came across them and it brought back the memories. Here is the long version...

On 2/26/18 I placed two orders for signs contingent upon delivery by 3/8. Order # ******* for $608.48 and order # ******* for $100.00 (total of $708.48). I spoke with the office manager-named Christian--on phone about order, prior to placing order, to be sure I would receive it by the time needed. I told Christian my time requirements (3/8. Christian told me that, with the exception of only one of the many items in those orders, he would ensure I'd receive them in time. He said he would personally put the order in the system for printing on the following morning.
I called the next morning (2/27) and Christian said he received the files which I uploaded to their DropBox folder, and that everything looked good. He said he would send an order confirmation with tracking number that afternoon or no later than afternoon of 2/28/28. I did not receive an order confirmation or tracking number. I called later in the day (2/27) after receiving an email indicating that one of the items I was ordering was greater than the maximum shipping size; I received no answer but left a voicemail. I mentioned this product and this size in the very first call. Christian never got back to me on this matter. Please note that I submitted artwork with the canvas size at the exact maximum size that the website said could be shipped. I tried calling Christian on 2/28 but got no answer and left no voicemail.

I tried calling Christian on 3/5 for an update, but got no answer and I did leave a voicemail. I called Christian for an update on 3/6 and got through to him. He told me there was a problem with finding the artwork/files which I sent them. He told me he would "go downstairs" to see what's going on and would call be back as soon as possible. He didn't call me back. I tried calling Christian on 3/7 but got no answer and left no voicemail.
On 3/8 which is the last day of my deadline for having the product in my hands, I called Christian and got through to him. He said someone from production was supposed to have called me about issues with the artwork (finding it). I never received a called from anyone regarding this issue. Later in the call, Christian admitted that they may have not looked in the correct dropbox for my files. He said he would "definitely" print the items that day and ship them that day, express delivery as soon as they can. I informed him that the show for which I need the items is in the morning, and he said, "He would "go downstairs" and see what he can do for me. He said, "I apologize for this one. I will call you back as soon as I can". He never called me back.
I tried calling Christian on 3/9 (the day of my show), but got no answer and left no voicemail.
I tried calling Christian on 3/20 but got no answer and did leave a voicemail. I tried calling Christian an hour later on 3/20 but got no answer and left no voicemail.
I tried calling Christian on 3/21 but got no answer and did leave a voicemail. On 3/21 I called the office secretary (Andrea) and spoke with her. Office secretary said she would give Christian a message to call me back.
I tried calling Christian two hours later on 3/21 but got no answer and left no voicemail.
On 3/21 I called the office secretary and spoke with her. I expressed my frustration. She said she would give Christian the message to call me back.
I tried calling Christian on 3/29 but got no answer and did leave a voicemail of frustration. I tried calling Christian on 3/30 but got no answer and did leave a voicemail of frustration. On 3/30 I called the office secretary and spoke with her. She said she would give a message to Christian to call me back.
I received my FIRST ever call-back from Christian on 3/30 however. The phone call ended with Christian telling me he would look into it and call me right back. He never called me back.
I tried calling Christian on 4/4 but got no answer but left a voicemail.
On 4/4 I received by second call-back from Christian. He said that the items were printed and sent, but that they couldn't find a tracking number! He said he had them printed again and sent out the day before (4/3). He said he would text my cell phone with the tracking number once he found it (roughly 20 minutes later). He never called me back or sent me a tracking number. Later in the call he said that the reason for the delay had been because the artwork files never made it to the production team and admitted that it was their fault. He apologized for the inconvenience saying the waiting time was "really bad". He said if I need anything else they would print it for free. Needless to say, I never received these items from Expo Smart!
I tried calling Christian on 4/5 but got no answer and did leave a voicemail asking about the tracking number. On 4/9 I called the office secretary and spoke with her, asking to cancel the order and receive a refund. She put me on hold while she "tried Christian" for me. She came back on the phone after having me on hold for 3 minutes 34 seconds!... just to tell me she couldn't reach him. That's longer than it should have taken to call someone and not get through. At this point I began to suspect they aren't taking me seriously. She said she would give a message to Christian that I would like to cancel my order.
On 4/11 I called the office secretary and spoke with her. I let me know that Christian has not returned my call. I asked her to confirm that my order had been canceled. She said she could not access that information. She assured me that my request to cancel had been relayed to him and all of my calls had been brought to his attention. I let her know that after my last call to her, in which I requested to cancel my order, I started receiving email order confirmations an order updates (I had not received any emails from them since 2/26 which confirmed the order then!). My concern was that they were pushing the order through even after I canceled. She said she would give him another message.
I tried calling Christian on 4/11 but got no answer and did leave a voicemail asking about the order cancelation. On 4/11 I received my third call-back from Christian. He said that part of the order was printed and would be ready later that day (4/11) and that a refund had been processed for the canceled portion. I was unhappy to hear this. I did not want any part of the order at this point. I asked what my refund amount would come to. He said he would have to check with that department and would call me right back. He did not call me back. I never received a refund!
I tried calling Christian on 4/14 but got no answer and did leave a voicemail letting him know that I demand my refund and that I would be taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
On 4/14 I called the office secretary and spoke with her. She said she would give a message to Christian. On 5/11 I called the office secretary and spoke with her. I wanted to know about my expected refund. I asked her if this happens to other customers where they don't get the items they've paid for, causing frustration, and they never get their money back. She said she would give a message to Christian. I tried calling Christian on 5/18 but got no answer and did leave a voicemail asking about the refund. On 5/18 I called the office secretary and spoke with her. She said she would give a message to Christian. She said she would give the message to Christian.
I still have not received my items from Expo Smart, or a refund, or even a call-back from Christian since April 11th..

Do not do business with them. They are crooks.
