Initially had issues with the website, but customer service provided an alternate website to complete our order. Our representative was extremely patient and based on availability, recommended paying for a cheaper package. Shipped documents to company on Tuesday, received passport on Monday. Easy checklists and instructions. Expensive but saved us a 6 hour drive we were unable to make. Thank you.

4 business days before departing the US for the Cayman Islands I realized
my passport was expired! Jessica @ Expresspassport provided every detail I needed
to get my passport renewed in this short time period! The website was very user friendly
and the step by step emails kept me informed of the whereabouts of my passport during the
entire process.
Then Andi in the billing department helped me through a hiccup with my credit card.

As a first time applying for a passport, it was very simple and they worked with us to resolve any issues quickly, even missing or misplaced documents and we received our passports when promised. Very happy!

This website is a scam, there is no expedition. They start your process way after you sent out your information and already paid for everything. You're better off going to a local post office than this hoax of a website. Their customer service horrible cannot help you any way, they just sit their in silence thinking of ways of how to explain that they're "helping" you. Going to lose thousands of dollars on a trip, because express passport doesn't actually expedite anything.

you offered a 10% discount if I replied to an email notice you sent me, so I clicked on the link to finish my application (as directed by your offer) and when I finally made my purchase, i was charged $5.00 MORE than what your total noted at check out. I told the customer service rep about the issue, she said she turned it over to some other department and I never heard another thing about it and was not reimbursed for the discount. IF that would not have happened you would have received 5 stars across the board. But I do not like or appreciate scam advertising.

The price was the main reason we chose Express Passport because we needed to get passports for 3 adults and 4 kids. We called around to nearly every company and Express answered their phone right away. They were also the most helpful and fair on pricing. Antonio helped me out and Jessica and Sandra helped out my in-laws. The staff was patient and thorough. Thank you to your company for everything.

i needed my passport in about 10-12 days from departure. From start to finish Express Passport was there for me all the way! They give you easy steps to follow and whenever I had a question they were available. Most of the cost goes toward the passport cost and FedX so their charge is reasonable. I got my passport in time delivered by the date they said. I highly recommend them. Excellent service!!

They took my money to help me expedite my passport application. Thier app was not working and I reached out for support and they would not return my calls or emails. They are a scam and you can find bad reviews about them all over the internet as they also operate at govworks - so beware.

Double the price of securing the renewed passport, but it's worth the money for as long as you follow the instructions carefully. Took nine (9) days from dropping the pg @. FedEx to receipt. Great job overall!

I needed quick turn-around to renew my passport for a last minute business trip and chose the one day product. Unfortunately FedEx did not deliver my passport to expresspassport.com in time for it to be processed the next day. The customer service agent worked with me to get my passport processed in the next available slot. I was able to pick my passport up at a FedEx location near the airport on the morning of my flight.

I would like to thank Express Passport for making a seemingly daunting task absolutely effortless. Once I filled out the required information, all that was left was a 15 minute trip to the Post Office for the sealed official documents, and shipping those to Express Passport. Everything else was taken care of in a very timely manner, with no more effort on my part. I was kept in the loop during the entire process, and was returned my personal documents with a brand new passport in less time than I would have ever expected. Thank you Express Passport.

After submitting the initial application I had a lot of questions for your customer rep Alvin Tomattis. He was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the process. Also made sure I knew how to contact if I had any further questions. This is a great service

Even with the government shutdown the service went well and passport arrived in time. This is not a cheap option though so expect to pay a high premium for it.

i was very pleased at the accuracy of the service timing and the level of knowledge the customer service staff have regarding how their process works to ask the right questions to able to give the highest level of service possible. The passport documents were delivered ahead of schedule and I received email updates of each step through their process allowing me to see that nothing was getting delayed or dropped along the process. My experience with express passport was amazing!! I realized my passport was expired when upgrading my seating on airplane. Went to post office and AAA and they both said I would have to travel to Michigan or Boston if I wanted my passport in a hurry, so that's when I found express passport.com on google, called them and they told me what I needed to do. Spoke to them on a Wednesday and the following Tuesday I received my renewed passport.

I work hard for my money so I try to enjoy it every now and then too. I am glad Express came through for me to get my passport in time. I thought a visa was needed too but they checked for me and verified that it was not necessary for my trip. I guess I need to travel abroad more now that I have a new valid passport.
