I was text to my cell phone that I can make up to 50 dollars an hour as a mystery shopper, so i called and they were asking for a registry fee. If anyone is asking forn a fee it is fraudulent because they're trying to hire you not you hire them. Who does that?... SCAMMERS!

I also received a text about becoming a mystery shopper. And it sounded even better when the guy told me that they pay up to $50.00 per every assignment. Say you look up jobs in your area... and they say go buy the new burger at wendys... You go buy the burger and go home and write your review on it... Sounds easy right? Well lots of people were looking up on the websit for a new job and went for weeks without stores needing mystery shoppers! No job no $! After you pay the registration fee they will give you a 7 day trial to see if you like it... And if you decide to stay with the program they will then charge you like almost $50 a month for something(they didn't really say much) like paperwork. So be careful about this "company"... I want my job to put money in my account instead of taking out! Money.
-Got a text
-Called the number.
-Guy made it sounds great.
-Asked for a site, he gave me the site "extramoneyzone.com".
-Looked it up, and found it to be terrible.
-Guy said I would have to pay a 2.96 fee to recieve a mystery shopper package and training.
-I said, I'll pass.
-Stay away from them and that site.
This is the info I found about the moneyzone's buisness. By claiming that someone has hacked their system it relieves them of the responsibility. It all sounds fishy to me...

WARNING!
It has come to our attention that somebody is fraudulently using the Insula Research name, logo, and verbiage from our web site, and using it in a letter intended to scam people out of money. The letter that we are aware of originated in Canada, however, be advised that our company rarely, if ever, conducts mystery shops involving check cashing or money transfers. We never ask shoppers to send us money. If someone posing as a representative of our company ever contacts you with a check, asking you to deposit it and wire money to anyone else, call us at *******614, or contact us via e-mail at *******@insularesearch.com before you try to cash the check... it's almost certainly a scam! Also please feel free to forward this post to anyone who might not frequent this site

Mystery Shopping scam: cashing phony cashier's checks and sending money orders
This website is a complete scam. I was fooled by their nonsense and ended up signing up for the services. I completed the "course" and applied for various jobs and after a month I did not get any jobs! In other wards, I did my part and it is just a scam. I cancelled my account months ago and they are still charging me because they have access to my account! BIG MISTAKE! They take out $50 out of my account each month and now they owe me $250! I called them and they were extremely uncomfortable and acted like they were doing me a favor because they would give me $50 back when in fact they OWED me $250. I did not make a cent from any of the so called mystery shopper jobs. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
At first they called and offered me a mystery shopper position. Then the caller explained that Iwould need to paid $4.95 to view their shoppers list. I then to have second thoughs and I am happy I did, because after that call I google their name and found out it is a scam site.
I received a text message on my cell phone today with the news that there are mystery shopper jobs in my area, And that I can make up to $50.00 an hour. I can do that :) I called the number left in the message and got a recording and then a fast talking representative. The more questions I asked, the more the rep stumbled off her phone script and started talking to someone on her end of the line (supervisor, probably). I asked the name of the company and she said "United Health & Life". I looked it up on the Internet while we were talking. I said to the Rep: "That's an insurance company, right?" She said "Yes.". I said an insurance company offers a mystery shopping program?" More talking in the background. Then the Rep said, "I'll give you our Website and you can learn more about the program". The Site is extramoneyzone.com. I look it up and sure enough, it's a subscription you pay to look for mystery shopping jobs in your area.
Stay far away for this group... they're a total rip off.
(I wonder how they got my cell number in order to text me to begin with?) In any event, her's a link to get your home or mobile phone on the "Do Not Call Registry"... https://www.donotcall.gov/
