Great website, variety of great products, personalized vip customer support. They follow up after delivery to ensure quality and satisfaction. In some cases even if they dont have the product that youre looking for, you ask for it and theyll get it to you cheaper than market price

Honesty - after first hand experience I can confidently say that Exxab are honest people and they diligently fight against counterfeiters. Its always nice to know that they have my back and that they respect the value of money that i'm spending!
Customer Service - Exxab shines with the quality of service they provide. So far, whenever i have a problem, they always resolve it! I never left unsatisfied whenever a problem in my order occurred.
Functionality - while the website works like Amazon and is simple to use, I dislike their search feature. It does not always show all/correct results. However, they have explained to me once after complaining that they can support me whenever i'm having difficulty searching for something even if they don't have it. Now i use whatsapp to make any order i want. Its the best way to shop! It feels like you are a VIP and have an assistant that does everything for you. I just send them a picture, a link, or a voice note with what i want and they do the rest. My latest purchase was ink for a printer i purchased from them last year. I simply sent them a voice note telling them "i want ink for my printer. Delivered to my office (not home). And i want the cheapest brand/option"... thats it! Thats all i did! They had to do all the remaining work. After a few minutes they responded with a picture and a price for the available ink. I confirmed the order and then received it the same day!
Shipping Speed - All the purchases i made so far are of items that are in stock and available locally. Based on that, shipping has always been very fast. But i cannot speak about any item that is out of stock or that is supplied internationally

I have been buying from Exxab for the past 3-4 years, they always are updating there systems, improving their services & increasing there variety of products.
I love there gift rapping especially the bathroom towel & robe baskets. My friends are amazed with their gift sets. Their gift wraps are unique, classy, creative & beautiful.
Their mothers days gifts & every day promotions are challenging me to order.
They offer sometimes gifts for their loyal customers.
Their front-line team staff are always polite & knowledgeable of products. Extremely patient, assistful & supportive.
They advise of the quality of product on inquiry & make sure they get good makeup brands & German made kitchen items that are of a good quality etc. along with their products they seek good brands, yet on the other hand they have cheap items but they DO make sure that the customer is aware of the item information & quality before shipping.
EXXABs options on shipping are 1,2 or 3 days, thus, offering a variety of shipping prices matching their customers desires.
Moreover, I have ordered from EXXAB & asked for shipping it to USA & United Kingdom 2/3 times. It was delivered from Jordan on time. They even have price deductions on overseas deliveries for frequent users & customers.
Knowing that all customers are treated as special, even if it was only an inquiring of an on line item.
They are active in social media & clear, straight & honest of their products.
When I requested an item that was not on their site they were helpful enough to get it for me & ship it to required destination.
Once I got a kitchen utensil that was not working, they exchanged for me without any doubt, they only had to check that I havent miss-used it, ( Fair enough).
In addition, they can sell items for their customers (simply when a customer opens an account on EXXAB site.
They got the style, they got high ethics.
