I was on the fence about buying from eyeinform so I contacted them to ask how they managed to keep their prices so low. They order directly from the frame manufacturers and incur less costs compared to retail vendors.

I placed an order for a pair of giorgio armani frames and received them roughly 2 weeks later with updates sent to me via email.

I received a proof of authenticity slip and a really nice case along with my beautifully crafted frames.

Fantastic online eyewear store! They have so much selection of designer frames. I love wearing Etnia Eyewear but they are crazy expensive to buy in Canada. That was until I found Eyeinform! Great prices, speedy delivery, and wonderful customer service. Highly recommended! Thank you Eyeinform!

I managed to file in a warranty claim without any assistance from EyeInform. I have just received my replacement frame without any difficulties. What EyeInform was telling me are total lies. They are just making excuses of not assisting as you can see from the email. I will definitely not recommend anyone to do any business with them. They are dishonest and unwilling to help and provide the kind of support that we deserve.

Delivered a replacement for a damaged frame, loose handle. A frame I could otherwise not source from anywhere in the world, and especially not from my own optician in London who sold it to me recently. The frame was dispatched promptly and flew from Canada in days. Two screws later, I could say goodbye to the old one, held by duct tape. Perfect service. Perfectly happy customer. Many thanks!

Was interested in a pair of hard to find Morel Lightecs and searching the internet found them at EyeInForm.com. Was going to go elsewhere since they are in Canada and I am in South Florida however decided to take a change and am VERY happy I did. All went flawlessly and saved $150.00 vs local. Will use again!

Pleased with the quality of frames, disappointed by the very limited return policy. Worked out less than 48 hours to decide on the purchase. Website only has one photo per product, so it is very difficult to see details or actual colors without ordering.

We are in love with EyeInform! The prices are half the cost for name brand frames at EyeInform with a greater selection too! We will no longer shop for frames at our local eye glass store in the states. Our insurance covers the eyewear as an out-of-network cost too! My 3 year old frames broke when a family member sat on them, but I found them on EyeInForm. I ordered them on a Friday and they arrived the following Friday by Canada Post. Be sure to check your spam file, I had a moment of worry until found my order confirmation and tracking info there.

Broke my old favorite frame, try to order in US but got delay status for 3 months then I had to cancel it. Just happen to find Eyeinform and they have it exactly to my size and type. Just a little wonder at first because the company is in Canada. Checking at the reviews, they all are positive so I go ahead to order my favorite frame. Since then, I keep waiting and checking UPS & it took nearly a month to get here in Texas ( I guest because of international order). Eventually, I received it yesterday in my mail box. It came with perfect condition, searching for re-assembly the old glass instruction without damage the frame and It fits perfectly. Thanks Eyeinform also with reasonable price too.

I recently found a pair of "must have" eyeglass frames in a local eyewear store in Edmonds, WA. The frames were priced at $436 US, which seemed ridiculous to me, so I started searching online for an pair, or a reasonable alternative. These gorgeous frames are by ProDesign and made in Denmark, so not easy to find! With creative googling, I found Eyeinform.com, who had this product for $228 CAD! I was a little hesitant about ordering out of country to get them, but Eyeinform was super helpful with spot on service, easy interaction by email (they always answered on the same day or next morning) and quality trackable shipping for a reasonable fee of $18.95. I had to be a little patient, and it took a few weeks to get them, but I'm so glad I waited, because I got exactly what I wanted. I took these to my local optician to have the lenses put in, which insurance fully covered. I was also reimbursed for some of the cost of the frames, but even without that, the Eyeinform price was way below retail. If you are looking for great people to order online from, Eyeinform is it! As for Customs, from the time the package arrived in the US, it took about a week to clear and get to my house.

And customer support is very helpful. My new glasses are so awesome! I was afraid that since it's an online purchase, there's the possibility that they wouldn't fit my face features but everything turned out nice. Lenses are soft I don't feel them in my eyes. Bought Acuvue moist.

I ordered a pair of replacement Prada frames after mine broke, couldn't find any in the UK so searched the web! Got to say service was great and delivery super fast considering from Canada to the UK! They arrived today and are perfect. I'd definitely recommend.

I live in Vancouver and was looking for a local online source for new Etnia frames. I had never ordered frames online before and had a few questions that were promptly answered by Maria. I then visited the Etnia website and found a pair of 2021 frames that were not on the Eyeinform site and asked if they were available. Maria emailed the next day to say they were now on their site and so I ordered them. The price was close to $100 less than my optometrist and they were delivered on time and in perfect condition.

This company is incredible amazing. The glasses are 100% original, as well as the package with great and reasonable price. They came in a week and I am in love with them. It is better to purchase with them than going into retail stores.

Since I already have the same glasses for 4 years, I was happy to find another one here (no longer available in Europe)

After less than 14 days I was able to receive my glasses in SWITZERLAND and have the existing glasses fitted.

Exceeded my Expectations, I am absolutely delighted. I need two different sets of glasses, one for regular, and one for up close. I use progressive lenses, but still need two sets of glasses. My eyes get a little worse each year so replacing lenses themselves gets expensive, and frames more so. I had an idea - to find the same two sets of frames and put last years lenses into them. Keep the new lenses just for work, and the older sets for working around the house. I searched a number of sites, learned a bit about frame dimensions, etc. Pretty straight forward, and all printed on the inside of the frames, each manufacture labels slightly differently, but it is all there.
The EyeInform web site had all of the technical specifications, frame photos, and manufactures/brands to match.
I found my exact matches, different two pairs. I was delighted, and the price was VERY competitive.
I placed my order to EyeInform. Received immediate communications from the company.
I must admit, I did have hesitations...was the company real, would the shipping damage the frames, bends, nicks. Unfounded worries. They arrived about a week later, ahead of schedule, when I opened the box, it was beautiful. Both frames were individually packed and protected, just as if they came from the manufacturer, and one frame even came with the designer's case - bonus! Not even the slightest blemish, I looked them over. Compared to the two original pair bought at the optometrist's office. These were not knock offs.
I had the lenses swapped out, all to my liking. Now I have my two different sets all going, one set for work, and one for home/sports.
I am very pleased, and recommend the idea. Always good to have a back up pair.

I had a great experience with EyeInform. I really liked the glasses I had (ProDesign) and wanted to get the same frames but lo and behold, frames are fashion and no one stocked them anymore. I was fine with being slightly out of fashion and did some detective work and found my way to EyeInform. After some very pleasant back and forth and a little covid shipping delay I was back in action with my classic frames. Kudos to Marie and team for the excellent communication and the very safe shipping. I was pleased to work with this firm and recommend them with no issues.

Return customer here. I bought a pair of Hugo Boss sunglasses on eyeinform and happy with smooth delivery and product. A friend recommended this website a few years ago because they sell authentic glasses at a very good price. I would have paid a hundred dollars more at the local store. It was worth a wait for the mail but certainly convenient that I could buy from my phone. Will be buying again.

After an exhaustive search for just the right frames in Victoria, I made a choice on Kliik 593-445. The Kliik brand have a good selection of frames in the smaller sizes that suit me. Did some research online and found they had them for approximately $75 cheaper than retail shops locally and online. They arrived very quickly and they were well packaged. Couldn't be happier with them!
