Mistakenly filed State of Information thru Fastfilings on 3/21/24. Paid ridiculous expensive fees $69 and State of Information fee $25 for total of $94 and thinking State of Information will update instantly. Bank checked and no updates so I had to log into sos website to pay the State of Information fee $20 to update instantly which requested by the bank. Sent email to Fastfilings on 3/21/24 to cancel the transactions. Fastfilings.com processed the transaction on 3/22/24 and refused to refund and cancel the transaction. This is a scam and has no refund of business for customers. It's ridiculous expensive $94 for getting the State of Information. I would never use this service.

So good! Great customer service and super fast response times! I will use them in the future. They took care of everything I needed for my pa sales license.

** update- editing my review** I looked over the ca statement of I formation and they DID make the change I requested and they DID reply to my email. It went into spam. Can't hold that against them! In the beginning I had a few issues possible due to using my iCloud inbox. I didn't receive a confirmation email and was very skeptical. However, the processing team and customer service representatives were extremely helpful assisting me with getting all of my documents sent over. There was an inbox full error that rerouted my confirmation email back to sender which caused all the confusion. Thanks to Vanessa D and Shari T amongst the other dedicated team members, I rate fastfilings.con five stars. The prices are good and the service is excellent.

I cannot say enough positive things about this service. When I had a question, they answered almost immediately. I had attempted several times to complete my forms for my sellers permit. I am from another state and it just was too complicated for me. Although the processing time stated was one to three weeks, this AMAZING processing company did it in DAYS! Without a doubt, will use again for ANY necessary needs! OUTSTANDING!

I used Fast Filings to order a seller's permit for my business because we are going to start selling some physical products along with our services. I first tried to order through CA directly, but had lots of trouble using their online system. It's really confusing.

So I found Fastfilings.com, and I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to order. And then more surprising, is that they had the California Seller's Permit in my inbox in just a few hours.

FastFilings has a 100% no cancellation policy, reaching them by phone is almost impossible and email communication is slow [allow for 48 hours for reply].
The website sells FastFilings on "a quick turn around" which is why I selected to use it to get my Cert. Of Good Standing. After paying I received an order acknowledgment and from there on NO communication or update. So if there is an issue with your filing that you want to resolve- tough luck. My experience with FastFilings was horrible. Be careful not to get cheated and deceived by them. Also be sure to keep printed copies of all email correspondence.

Needed a license for an upcoming event. Couldn't figure out how to it through the confusing and horrible government site. Fast filings to save the day. Got me the license

Ordered a permit in November 2 and per their website it would take about 10 business days. By December 11, I did not hear anything from them or receive my physical permit which I paid. More for. They responded that maybe I didn't wait long enough but at this point it had been well over 10 business days. Then they got back to me to tell me to call the tax board myself because of one thing or another so I asked them to refund me since the service I paid for was not rendered. Not only that, if I had not reached in on December 11, I'd probably still be waiting. As I am disputing their service they are extremely rude and still refuse to send me my physical permit. Avoid this company's and call the tax board yourself. It's free to go through the state, I paid because I figured it would be more convenient. Boy did they prove me wrong. Not only that, when I disputed with my bank they sent them a screenshot that says someone downloaded the permit on November 2, the day I placed the order. How is that even possible?

I googled California Secretary of State and somehow ended up on their website. You can tell from their responses to complaints that it is their intention to fool people into using their services. "We told you", "You confirmed"... SCAM. I filed the document myself immediately after noticing my mistake and it cost me $20. They charged $103.95 and say THEY filed. Why would the Secretary of State accept my filing if they did it already?

This is the best service out there for getting a certificate of status or good standing. My law firm has ordered from lots of different services and fast filings is the best and the fastest and the most helpful.

This seems to a fake business. Paid 100 dollars for "fast filing", promised 1-2 business days with wait of extra 2 days so total 4 business days, but it's been twice that time, I have not heard anything. No response to email except for the automated response. I am not left with any option but to assume they're a scam. No phone number on the website should have been a big red flag. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

This is the best filing service out there. Their technical know how is insane. It's very hard to be able to files sales tax permit requests for all states. They are the only ones that do it and know how to do it.

They are the ones to use.

I ordered a Maryland resale certificate from them today. The confirmation email stated 3-5 business days for delivery. Well guess what, they delivered the filing confirmation in under an hour!

emailed twice to check for order status but received no response (did check my spam folder as advised)
Called *******301 and was prompted to contact via email without being able to leave a message
Contacted the NY state tax dept to verify if a filing was made on my behalf and the answer was "no"
This is CLEARLY A SCAM and the positive reviews are self-generated by this scammer... A fraud alert will be forwarded to the San Francisco district attorney and local BBB

This is my second time using FastFilings. My first time was extremely efficient, and I highly recommend this service!
