Hi, I have just 15 minutes back, went on google to search for free download of Bollywood retro songs and was directed to a site "fileztrasury.com". It said that the downloads were chargeable and for a year it was $39.95, while doing the transaction and duly processed it showed as $80.00 and not $39.95, would request google to block this site. Can any one help where this transaction can be found.

I'm just wondering... I've entered my credit card number, cvv and cardholders first and last name but i have not finished the second page of authentic identity (where they asked for my date of birth and etc.) I wanted to cancel everything when i felt unsafe. The main page of File Treasury says I have an unpaid account but the real question is will i be charged? Is it safe to merely ignore of take safety precautions? I'm very worried. Thanks in advance.

These ***holes said they were going to charge me $. 65 for 3 days for a trial membership, and then attempted to charge me $82.50! My credit card company's fraud department called immediately and told me that I now need to watch my billing statement like a hawk. It must be that these ****ers have struck before. Where the hell is the gov't to shut these people down?!?

Like many others you have seen here, I signed up for a trial membership for $1.95 and ended up with a charge for $82.66. Googled the site and found this information, wish I had seen it before, used the phone number provided in another rant: *******599 and called. When they answered, requested they identify themselves as Filetreasury.com Immediately requested a refund for the full amount, got the usual 5 business day time frame and confirmation. Don't fall victim, if you do, call the number, make sure to ask for the name of the operator and their id#. Hope this helps at least one person to make me feel better.

Just cancelled my card after finding filestreasury.com to be a scam. Same fraud as previous reviews: charged $41 for a 65cent transaction to download fonts. So-called email verification not delivered. Unable to log-in with registered email and password. Debit Card details taken then directed to expertload.com. Won't get replacement card in time for my trip abroad. Nice one, thanks.

I signed up for a "special trial" for $1.95, they ripped my credit card for $124!

Didn't get any email confirmation, couldn't down ANY of the files they said they had, no response to any emails. Now my 'password' doesn't work any more.
This site is a fraud. Someone must shut them down.

If you don't want to get ripped off stay WAY clear of FilesTreasury. I signed up for a membership costing $4.98 and got billed for $96.40 from a site I never heard of and no access to the site on top of that. After informing my bank and canceling my card I may or may not get my money back. Rip off artists like this make it really bad for the honest web companies.

Got burned by FilesTreasury in March of 2010: the $1.95 "special offer" for a new account somehow turned into a $101.00 charge against my credit card from ANOTHER WEBSITE ALTOGETHER!--The download of the file I requested failed; I went back to the Internet to look for reviews of the website, and found these reviews at SiteJabber. Oh-oh! Fortunately, my credit card company was very responsive: marked that charge as "fraudulent," and closed my account immediately. Whew! Next time I'll check for warnings about a website BEFORE using my credit card!--UPDATE 4/19/10: Took me almost a month to get this resolved with the bank that issued my credit card!--The system is rigged in favor of the merchants, not the consumers, so (1) document everything, (2) be sure to follow through!

From now on I, m hitting this site{JABBER],... before sending off anymore bank info,. To put it simply,... I'm was an IDIOT,. Before accidently discovering JABBER!. My guardian angel sent me to this site... Now I, m confident about my transactions. Within one month I got nailed by three sites for 170.00 $$,. Discovered that FilesTreasury.com was the one behind it all, using Foreign exchange excuses to hide behind. I honestly believe these Fraud Cases could become big, against the banks. Then there will be no help for us little guys {and Gals] Luckily I got my account reimbursed and cut up the infected Card... Thanks Jabberheads for saving me,. And remember,"Jabber",. FIRST!

www.filestreasury.com did not have powerpoint a professional approach 2007 pdf file as presented (filespump.com); they charged me for a whole years worth of book searching/downloads that they did not have; they are in association with filespump.com and this website is a fraud (files treasury). Made print screens of all transactions and sent them to fraud division; noticed that in pdf file copies they listed me as wanting everything for a year; but print screen actually showed that I did not sign up for a years worth but just three days at 65 cents a day; they also charged me $1.99 for signing up. Nothing on my credit card probably since I sent them a nasty note on their ticket cancellation form and I notified my credit card company with all the print screen transactions showing fraud. This website is phoney.

The following is a review of FILESTREASURY.COM. In an effort to find an inexpensive (student) version of a particular software, I agreed to pay a $1.95 fee to allow me access to thousands of software titles. I was led to believe that I could find the software on this website. The software title that was advertised to be available was nowhere to be found. The $1.95 charge was nowhere to be found - I did find a $102.60 charge from Browsing-Solutions.com in Moscow. I was also charged a $3.00 foriegn transaction fee. Of course there were no responses from the phone numbers listed on either site. This is a website designed by scum, whose lack of ability to succeed has led them to defraud anyone.

They're still here! I am in UK and was looking for info on new yugi movie, release date, DVD etc and was referred to their website through google. I was stupid but my son really wants to see it and I don't even know if the movie will be in a cinema near me so signed up for $0.65 for 3 day trial. Next thing I know, billed for $82 plus charges for foreign transaction (£53.88)! I phoned bank and had to wait until trans was visible on my account then report as fraud?/mistake. I phoned police and they showed me how to find sites such as yours! Got my money back next day but will have to wait until my bank contacts their bank and checks everything out! Have saved web pages of everything and printed off for police and bank! I won't ever believe any website that I don't know until I have thoroughly checked in advance! Once bitten, twice shy! I was lucky 'cause I check everything and spotted problem straight away - if I had left it 1 day longer, I would have NOT got my money back easily OR EVEN AT ALL! BE WARNED THESE GUYS HAVE GOT IT SUSSED! YOU HAVE TO BE ALWAYS ON THE ALERT! DON'T GIVE OUT ANY INFO UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE! Another possibly dangerous thing to watch for: I have now had 2 fake emails from a company pretending to be UPS containing virused "RAR" invoices concerning a package that I haven't ordered or am not expecting. UPS have confirmed they have not sent them and that they are aware of the practice?! I was lucky my antivirus wouldn't let me open them but how many others aren't so lucky? UPS said delete them but don't seem to want to do anything about finding out WHO is doing it!

I wanted to download some music from the site. In order to do so, I have to pay for 3 days (or a month) for $1.95. I paid and was given a code to use when Iogged back in. The code didn't work. I tried other things on the site which didn't work so I called my bank and I was charged $42. I looked at the agreement, which said I could subscribe to the 30 days or check a box and subscribe for 3 days, which I did. I have all paperwork to validate what I did. I logged in and clicked on "don't know my password" to see if I would get email from them but still nothing. I haven't gotten any email from them and I did check my spam folder, nothing.

I purchased a 3-day membership for $1.95 at FilesTreasury.com. The website said I would receive an email and an activation code. The code did not work and I never received an email.

I put in two "tickets" (which I'm sure go nowhere; they don't even pretend and say they'll follow up) to request a cancelation and a refund. The next day $42 was posted to my account (from Downloader.com in Moscow, of all places).

IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU!:

The website's policies states: "FilesTreasury.com offers an unconditional 3 day money back guarantee to all of our customers. We are happy to refund if you are not entirely satisfied." Make sure you are on this within the first three days!

I also learned that this website it owned by Real Gold Soft. I called their company at *******599. I got through to someone (an Eastern European woman who spoke little English) and made sure to verify up front that they own FilesTreasury. They reluctantly said they did.

At first they tried to claim that the charge was declined and didn't go through; I insisted that wasn't the case, that the charge had posted to my account, and that we have more than enough money in the account. Then they finally agreed to refund the card.

They said a refund would come in 5-10 business days, and guaranteed that no further charges would occur on the credit card. I asked her name (Alex) and said I would call back and ask for her if the refund did not go through.

I will make a new post when/if this refund finally gets posted!

I also canceled my debit card, so that they can't make any future charges. My card company also assured me that any refund the company posed would still go through, even if I had a new card. The card company also gave me the number of their claim's service, who would apparently refund the charge if a refund never went through. I will call them if I hit nothing but brick walls with Real Gold Soft.

If this happens to you, follow the steps above! It's your best shot.

Yep, when I was searching for downloading links of a famous anime "Chrono Crusade", I bumped into several nasty websites like FILESTREASURY.com. The first thing I noticed was their skyrocketing download speed with an unreasonable rate of 2000+ kb per second. Ppl who have knowledge about downloading would know there's no FIXED speed for downloading a file. It varies depending on the differences of web browsers bandwidth. Secondly, as I've stated at first, anime was what I looked for, and the ultra-evil website gave me a lot of link choices with some terms like "KEYGENS", "CRACK"and"LICENSED" in the file names. EXCUSE ME, but I don't believe I need a registered license to watch an anime. No need to say, their super-amazingly-abundant archive of files are just a lie. Anyway, out of curiosity, I decided to give them a random email address&password to see what would happen, AHA, and here they come, a so claimed-to-be LITTLE CHARGE for you to have a 2 DAY pass of unlimited downloads. That sounds exactly what every scam would begin with (Cause I've run into other scam sites before. Sorry to say that, but I got out safe&sound not for my smartness but my stinginess; P). So, my conclusion is, don't trust anonymous site that offer you fantastic offer asking only little money, better do research first. Besides, there're many cool and kind ppl out there willing to offer free files on sites like Rapidshare&Megaupload. I know everyone has a busy life, but most files will reveal themselves in the first few pages of search engines (typing the name like Rapidshare along w/ your search word will save you from running into those fraud website all the time). And my last words for FILESTREASURY are: PREPARE FOR THE KARMA, CHEATERS!

I made a small Visa transaction through filestreasury.com on 24 Nov 09. I have no reason to believe that this site is not legitimate.

A little while later Realgoldsoft Baku AV relieved my Credit Union Account of Aust$90.27 using a fraudulent unauthorised telephone transaction. I can only assume that they skimmed my card details from the filestreasury.com transaction.

Luckily I noticed the transaction almost right away and my Credit Union will reimburse me. Beware any transactions with realgoldsoft - they are NOT legit
