Gave them my house on a lease under guarantee rent scheme when returned to me house was in a terrible state, seems they had not been inspecting annually as they should. The tenant had wrecked the house, it was a tip both inside and the garden. Finefair agreed to make do the damaged cause, did a very shoddy job all through the house. Replaced an integrated cooker with a mini cooker that did not fit, painted walls with Latex paint splashed all over the socket, skirting and painted over existing wallpaper etc I Had to pay out to have it done to a reasonable standard. Was not able to get any response to my calls or emails from Finefair they hid behind the excuse of limited staff due to COVID19 ignored all the messages I left for them. I will be wary of using them if you are considering using them.

Chose FineFair because they were amazing setting up the tenancy. Sound helpful advice at the start. Once the property in their hands. They do not communicate. E mails go unanswered. Rude unhelpful responses during phone callsNot even sure they inspect the property as they lead you to believe. They are no different than the other Agents so I would not recommend them

Me and my husband have recently bought a investment home in London. Not being experts in property management we had only bought the house to secure our retirement, we went to Finefair to get expert help. They were extremely helpful and took over the maintenance of our second house for us. This package included them finding tenants and looking after the house for us while ensuring we had guaranteed rent. Though the rent is a little bit lower than what we could have got it is guaranteed and has taken a lot of stress off us. They really are great at dealing with investment property in Haringey, would definitely use these again.

Lovely people and great service! I am a landlord in London and I use Finefair Ltd to help me manage all of my properties - it's really easy. I simply let them do all the work and get on with my day job, seeing the financial benefits each month. I love using them and I don't believe that I will ever use anyone else. Finefair is the best!
