I received some shoes recently and I love them the color the material everything it's a 10/10 and I would order from finish line again
Purchased a product that was marked as available for pick up in store today. Paid. Received confirmation number. Went to the store less than 24hrs later to be told they canceled my order. Called customer service and waited on hold for over 1 hour. The woman was very pleasant but just informed me that yep that's just the way it is. Sorry. Oh and since your not a loyalty program member you will only be receiving a reimbursement.

Me and my wife ordered 4 pairs of shoes 2 kids pairs and 2 adult pairs. Well we received 3 of the 4 pairs an I have been trying for over a week and a half to contact someone but when I call I just set waiting for 2 or 3 hours and no one answers my call at all I have sent multiple emails and got nothing back. This is the absolute worse company I have ordered anything from they don't give a $#*! about there customers so I would spend my money elsewhere. They won't be getting anymore money from me.
Purchased shoes 1/7, received tracking information 1/7 however shoes did not ship until 1/11. When I inquired, I was told with 5-7 days for standard shipping. Why send the tracking information the same day? It is 1/16 and shoes still have not been delivered.
Also purchased from a competitor the same day. I have received shoes, returned for a larger size, and they are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. My advice, shop somewhere else.

It really saddens Me that you all will have a person with such RUDE behavior towards the City Officials and the Chief of Police in Michigan City, Indiana managing your store. It disgusts Me to get on Social Media to view this Slander from a store Manager that I shop from frequently with such a NASTY MOUTH Manage one of you alls stores located at Premium Outlet in Michigan City, Indiana. How do you think Chief of Police or the Mayor Of Michigan City is going to feel when they walk into Finish Line and see this Unprofessional Rude woman who has attacked and spreader lies about one of Our Dedicated City Officials. It's like she's attacking everyone, including Myself who's worked for you all before and who has been a Winner Circle Member for years. Not to mention, she fired My Son Via text message which is improper termination and is Clearly a lawsuit against you alls Company. As a Business Owner Myself, I would NEVER have a Person like Mrs. Walker running, managing and or Operating My Business.
I placed multiple orders on the app and they were cancelled. It takes 4-5 days or longer to even know if they order was fulfilled or cancelled. Meanwhile if the item get restocked you are left clueless to rather if you should buy again or wait. When you finally get word the ordered was cancelled the items are either
Are sold out. If you email or chat with customer service poor! It takes the same wait to just receive and email back. Champs and footlocker squash these guys!

I am absolutely disgusted with Finish Line. Never order from them! Can't get ahold of anyone for hours. Ordered $75 shoes for Xmas for my son they never came… called customer service and waited two hours to get ahold of someone. Said they would resend and never got them. It's been 18 days! My son is still waiting on his gift! They had no problem charging me though. I would never recommend ordering or shopping at their store. AWFUL
I order two pairs of shoes that were in stock and a week later they said they canceled my order and refunded my money cause they couldn't fill the order they didn't offer a replacement or discount for their mess up. I would recommend you buy from a place with better customer service cause they are unprofessional and didn't even state a reason why they cancelled my order and gave me a refund

Ordered shoes on the 29th, got a tracking number checked the tracking number 4 days later and still no update, called after 5 days of no updates and was told they were lost in transaction and said a replacement pair would be shipped out with 2 day shipping, 8/3…. 8/4 called again and was now informed of a 4-6 days return processing then the 2 day shipping, at this point that's 10 days plus the initial 5 days I already waited… at this point I just asked for a full refund and will refuse to ever spend my hard earned dollars at one of there stores!

Finish Line is a good place to get some shoes and sport apparel at a decent price usually they seem to have top names as Nike, Puma, Fila, and others --- Be sure to keep checking out online as promo codes are sometimes offered plus they have their own FL rewards program that will earn you some points to redeem for other good items, and levels. - Check out FL online or in the stores --

Never received order for Christmas gift for my daughter left her crying on Christmas without a gift. They gave me the run around 4 calls waited 2 hours each time to get lied to about replacement then a cancel without warning then 3rd & 4th call run around about when my refund was processed now over a month after order & still no refund now it's just online robbery by Finish line. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Would give negative stars if I could😡

Customer service reps lie not to mention that you have to wait 2 hours on the phone before anyone answers and supervisors are never available which is total nonsense

I ordered a pair Nike Air Force Ones for my daughter online for Christmas. She wore them to school and complain that they didn't fit. When I looked at them, I noticed they sent us a size 10 and 7.5. I called customer service and they stated that they couldn't accept a return because the shoe had been worn and its been over 45 days. I understand the return policy but this is exigent circumstances. REALLY, what can I do with one shoe that fits? I have been a loyal Fishline customer for years but that stops immediately. This is bad business.

I ordered a pair of Jordan's for a Christmas gift and received 2 different sizes. Called service numerous times and waited on hold for literally HOURS and never received an answer. I have a paper trail of emails exchanged back and forth, saying they cannot send a return label only FedEx and such. I finally just went and returned them to the store, the store manager called customer service and got a confirmation number however now the order says complete. No shoes were shipped no refund no communication at all. I would NOT recommend at all, sadly I am out of the gift and also my money.

I went to your store establishment to purchase sneakers one of the employees told me they didn't have my size in store so she ordered them through store computer and informed me they would be delivered in 3-5 business days which is fine I received an email a week later telling me my order was cancelled, I call customer service and they tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. This is complete inconvenience to me as a customer and unfair especially when it's a gift for your child literally a few week away from Christmas. Unfortunately I will never shop at finish line again this is unacceptable

If you have item that are online and the size and you put them in your cart order them the last day of the month then wait 6 days later after ordering to inform people you remove them from the cart then say I gotta wait 5-7 business days to get refunded but you quickly took that money out my cart when I ordered three things. This place is the worst and I will never order from this fake place again glad the stores closed down the worst sneaker store ever

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my son and a week later while waiting for them they canceled my order!... while my son has been looking in the mail for them asking me when they will be here...horrible company. They shouldn't let you order if items is not available. Called customer service and an hour wait. So will never order from them again and want others to know this place is a rip off.
I purchased 3 pairs of sneakers, paid for rush shipping which would have the item delivered in 2 days and only received 1 pair in 2 days. 2 days later I received an email that one pair was cancelled but never got a reason why and for the 3rd pair it's been a week since it says that the mail carrier hasn't picked it up. Called and they keep you on hold for hours. I don't recommend wasting your money or time purchasing from finish line.

I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews. I bought a $60 hoodie and $10 socks right before looking at the reviews so I was worried once I'd bought it that they'd cancel it. Estimated delivery date was Dec 3, though, and I got the hoodie on exactly Dec 3. Finish Line has been communicating with me the information about my order details so much that it's almost unnecessarily persistent. I just received an email today saying I'll be receiving my socks by today. The quality is just as good as a Champions hoodie anywhere else. The material is really comfy and it arrived just in time for my boyfriend's anniversary. I'm pretty satisfied.
They charged my card and then the next day they cancel my order without providing any explanation! Why would charge my card if they were gonna cancel!
My family purchased the Nike air forces for Christmas 2 yrs ago(this problem has been going on for a while) anyways we return the first shoe because it was two big. We bring it back to the store and they don't have the size we need so we order online. Send us right size but in kids so it did not fit. And we ordered the $110 adult shoes. The kids ones are $90. And we get the kids ones and we're like this is not right so we brought it two the store. The guy says sorry we can't refund u the price even though we had the receipt. They take the shoes and don't give any refund not even $90. Our family calls the company. A women tells us we will get a full $100 refund in the next month. January 2024 way after the women told us we will get the refund no money. This company owes me and my family $110. And it does not look like they will be paying it. The shoes were in ok condition not the best I've seen but it was only two of there pairs. Anyways a fine company to shop from just do not return the items because it may not go well.

I brought a shoes which I really needed for an occasion. They had trouble with deliver and just kept the item in local usps for 1 day and returned to sender. Then the next day, they refund the money.
They did even tried a bid to accommodate or to do their best I receive the item. They had my email and phone number. At least just give me a little call or send an email to ask me for an updated address or to inform the item is in the local area for pickup.
Their excuse is that I need to track the item. I did track the items. The only thing I see is that they returned the item due to incorrect address. I was hope they contact me for an update address. But nothing. They just refund it. Don't make a decision for me. Call the costumer and inform what's is going on and ask how to proceed.
Plus give more time to pick up the item and not only 1 day. Call or send email to inform the item is ready to pick up. Why been so lazy to do a proper costumer services? So upset and disappointed!
I bought a Nike sweatshirt outfit online, but it was shipped with the ink-filled security tags still attached. My nearest physical store locations are over an hour away, and after calling them, I found they do not utilize the same inventory tag system and wouldn't be able to remove them anyway. After calling customer service, I was placed in a line for 51 minutes and decided to send an email via the contact form online. After over a week of no response, I decided to call again and was placed into another line of 58 minutes. I finally resorted to watching multiple youtube videos and attacking the tags very carefully with a dremel tool. The clothes are fine, but I won't be purchasing anything else from Finish Line until they get their customer service sorted out.

Claims full delivery, but has delivered only half of items offered. Customer service says not taking calls. An hour later (when taking calls) says wait is 115 minutes (not making this up). Online complaint method for order, after you supply order number, tells you order has been delivered with no way to tell them otherwise. This company is garbage.
My son's grandmother who lives in a different state purchased shoes from finish line for Christmas. He had asked for a different color so I called to see how to exchange. I was initially told the only options would be to return the shoes for a refund to his grandmother once they received the return and in 5-7 business days she could order again (The lady who ordered the wrong color in the first place) or I could drive an hour away to the nearest store and exchange them. I had to ask for a manager who agreed to call a store and have them ship me the correct color once I shipped the return using a label he would send me. Well, I was told every day for 5 days to wait 24 hours for an update on the label. I finally insisted on paying for the shipping so I could have the shoes shipped. I provided them with the tracking and here we are 7 days later... still no shoes being shipped. I rated 2 because I got the original order in perfect timing. If she had ordered the right shoes I would have no issues. My disappointment is that they are not gift-friendly (if you don't live local to a store.) One agent lied and told me there was no manager available and once I insisted, she put one on the phone. Another told me I was waiting on a refund without reading the notes. I think they are efficient with sending out orders but if you actually run into a problem, they are not prepared to assist you.
*update*
We are officially 9 business days in and they are finally sending me the replacement. I like to be honest and I was assured that I will receive my shipment in two days. They also gave me a $20 discount for a future purchase (way to keep a customer, finish line!) Anyways, it took waaayyyy too long to resolve this but I generally feel it's due to the lack of gift policies. Everyone I spoke with was polite they just didn't have protocols to address this particular issue. I wouldn't avoid finish line. Just make sure that you have a physical store available should any issus arise.
