But, David explained that local will charge sales tax AND only 2 yr limited warranty, overall higher cost than 1stClassTV offers with shipping. I was impressed with the logic and added the FULL 5yr warranty. In total, it was STILL cheaper than local. I'm very happy to come across such a good deal.

Called me a few hours after I placed my order to say Thry can't ship a tv without charging me an extra $150+ for insurance. Claimed this is their standard policy but as of March 1st 2022 its not on the homepage, the TV's page, or anywhere in the checkout process. Really shady practices here so I canceled my order. Still waiting on confirmation though!
Overall the TV came undamaged as expected. -1 star because of the unadvertised shipping insurance of over $100 which was charged after the purchase; that should be up front and part of the cost in the website. Also communication could be better about when to expect shipping / tracking information. Lastly as of 1/29/2020 they aren't an authorized seller for LG and as a result having an issue trying to get the Disney+ promotion.

The TV is great! The shipping was a little wonky however. Took longer than ideal to get here and the tracking system didn't really make sense. When it was delivered one person carried my TV from the truck to my house even though there was a second guy in the truck. It was pretty terrifying to see one dude with my brand new 65 inch oled tv balancing up on his shoulder but thankfully it all worked out in the end.
Got a wonderful deal on a beautiful tv. From start to finish First Class TV's were prompt on setting up delivery and finishing the delivery. Highly recommended for anyone in need of great tv at low prices!

Very pleased with First Class TV, communication and shipping, even paying insurance etc. overall the price was way more competitive than retail or other online stores that I checked. It allowed me to save on the cost on top of being able to upgrade the TV model as a result of the savings. I did not mind waiting for the TV to arrive, if I wanted to pay hundreds more, I could have gone to a local Electronics outlet (and I did check) and had it the next day, well worth the wait. Shipping was a good experience, the shipping company checked the condition of the TV before they left and even put into my house. I would have hated to have maneuvered that size box. Pleased with the purchase and process.
Customer service was only proactive when it came to collecting funds und upselling warranties. They always did answer the phone, but there were multiple delays in the delivery date, which I was only able to ascertain because they did not call back within the specified time they committed to and gave no updates when further delays occurred. It seemed they were not interested in the fact that the product would be sent out 2-3 weeks later than originally stated and would then not commit to a date.
I have purchased 2 tv's within the past year and I am very pleased with both purchases. From ordering to delivery everything went smooth and I couldn't beat the price. I even had my sister buy from First Class Tv's and always recommend them to friends and family. Thanks!
Shipping times varied from ad in eBay, the confirmation, and sales call that I received afterward so it caused confusion. Promised 'white glove' service had to be coaxed out of delivery men, who just wanted to leave box just inside door after arriving beyond the latest time given in estimate.
TV works well and nothing appears to be damaged.
Buying our new tv from First Class TVs was very easy. The TV was a great pice. The delivery people set the TV up for us to ensure it worked. We have extremely pleased with both the company and our new TV.
Placed an order for a 75'' Samsung Frame TV in October 2021. FirstClassTVs called me a few days later extorting $187.92 for "shipping cargo insurance", which I paid. More than two months later and the order has not been delivered and no one at FirstClassTVs is answering the phone (or calling back after I left a plethora of voicemails), and no one is replying to my emails or requests submitted on their website.
Everything actually went well I just did not like the way customer service came off. They weren't mean or anything and I had zero issues but they did not come off as professional and it actually sketched me out. I think professionalism and looking good goes a long way. I highly recommend cleaning that up a little bit and keeping your emails formal. I guarantee customers will be more comfortable. They were also very responsive which was good. Long story short it felt like I was texting a teenager.
The sales rep was so eager to sell me the white glove set up that he implied his company would not honor the 30 day return if there was damage saying 'it's not that Simple'. when I said I would escalate it through ebays Terms and conditions center he backtracked.
Please, just tell people the product and service then let them decide.

They advertise free shipping on their site. You place your order. A day or two later they call you and say you have to pay mandatory insurance for the shipment. You push back but then panic because the TV was a good deal and cave like a fool. You hang up and immediate want to punch yourself. Would never order from these scumbags again, I hope they go bankrupt with practices like this.
Great experience with Firstclasstvs though the shipping company was a disaster. I told them on 4 separate occasions my availability to receive the TV and each time they sent me back the same time that did not work which meant I had to call them each time and tell them not to come on this day. Finally, they sent a new time which would work but they randomly showed up the night prior to the scheduled delivery time. I happened to be home so it worked out but otherwise no notice. Great company to buy from, horrible shipping company.
Posting said delivery by FedEx but after purchase, was changed to freight. Not a big deal since I still got it fast, but not exactly what I ordered.

I made the mistake of ordering from them, only to find that numerous complaints I have seen about them are correct. They bait you with a low TV price and free shipping. Then shortly after you order, they call you up "to discuss a few things": which includes adding a few hundred dollars to your purchase for mandatory shipping insurance. The worst thing about this was that, after seeing complaints about this, I emailed them to ask if their prices were all inclusive, or if additional insurance fees would be tacked on. I was told it was all inclusive, there would be no fees. However they were clearly not telling the truth. When I told the gentleman trying to charge me this fee about what I had been promised, he just rudely dismissed it saying he didn't know who told me that and that I was still getting a good price. However, absolutely refuse to give business to dishonest people like FirstClassTVs. They cannot be trusted.

Don't even waste your time ordering. And if you still do, don't let them dump their bogus insurance fees on you. Just cancel the order right then and there. Do not help keep people like this in business.

There was an initial shipping kerfuffle that prevented the TV from arriving with the original time frame. The seller soon got it sorted but only once I had alerted them to the issue. Nevertheless, the TV did finally ship out and was promptly delivered in excellent condition. And a great TV it is!
Cheapest place for this new LG OLED model. Freight shipping time was about a week. Freight company is required to open box and plug in set to confirm it functions so there is absolutely no need to purchase white glove service ($79). Very pleased overall with the process. Love the TV.
I wish that I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. Ordered the TV March 2,2022, a couple days later received a call for the "shipping insurance" fee as mentioned by others. Why not just include it in the price which is the same exact price it's listed for at Best Buy, Costco and Amazon? Anyway, I foolishly paid the shipping insurance fee, and I'm still waiting for my TV 4 weeks later. The shipping company they use AM Delivery, and they didn't even know where the item is, they just keep saying it's on it's way. I've left several VM and emails to First Class TV with no responses. Today is 3/25/2022 (Friday), and I plan to cancel this order or have my credit card company refund my money by Monday if still no response. I'd rather pay the extra $200 in taxes on Amazon, get my TV within a few days, and at least Amazon and Costco would include 4 years of warranty for free. I do not recommend using this company.

I received the TV as described. No bait and switch however, the TV I ordered is the TV I received. Customer service did call me to upsell on promotion for 'white glove' delivery service and warranty. I would recommend Firstclasstvs.com. Very happy with the great deal on a new TV.
