Everything went smooth. Didn't need to talk to anyone at airport, did it all with phone and kiosk. Don't know what else to say. Would definitely use again. Don't fly often but this was super easy. Would gladly tell other people about FlyFar.com.
Booked flight, then covid hit. They would not give me a refund. Gave me flight credit, but I couldn't use. Tried for 2 years to get refund. No luck. Finally triend to use flight credits...They told me my flight credits expired WITHOUT informing me! Talked to supervisor They said nothing they can do. No credits, no refund, no alternative. $1000 of my money gone! WTF! I will be suing this website and company. Worst ever. Don't use them. I'm a frequent traveler and this was the first time I ever used them, trying to save money for our charity. They stole our money!
I have booked ticket worth 1604 USD with ref number LFQZ5P & was waiting for refunds since 5 months.
Their call will never connect to the agent. I email almost every week, but hasn't got reply back. Worst agency.
On their website they mentioned its registered under TICO Registration #: *******. I have complained about airlines to TICO with ticket and got reply back that Flyfar is not registered under TICO

Turkish airline suddenly canceled a segment of our return ticket that was booked on this flyfar who "prohibit" airlines to change their tickets so you have to wait for hours on phone for their answer! I'm waiting and still waiting and it's been TWO HOURS no answer yet! Besides, they rip off for changes even airlines' mistake or even if airline forfeit change fees, they don't! They don't care for pandemic or anything they just want take advantage of people's need; very cruel stay away pay little extra for pronounceable booking website not at all this one!

FlyFar steals them passengers!... so better if you know it, before buy a ticket from them. We bought two tickets from them one year ago, Colombo - Dubai, Abu Dhabi - Budapest line. Transfer was prohibited for us due to the viral situation. We canceled our tickets with them 5 days before the trip.
We have not seen any money, the price of our tickets until today!
They have a very bad refunded system, and told will give back a small part from the price, but they not keep in touch with us already long time. We didn't see any money still.
They stole us and do it with impunity because where can you turn against them?

I was unnecessarily charged US $ 45 for clicking on an option "any seat". ($69 for the ticket and $45 for this "any seat" selection). When I called FlyFar customer support, I was told the airline (Frontier in this case) has charged that fee. But the confirmation email I got from Frontier said "no seat selection, seat will be assigned after check-in" and showed a fee of $69. This means that FlyFar has cheated me $45. I am demanding that they refund this amount ($45 that they have unnecessarily charged) to me right away.
They have the worse customer service representative. I waited on the line for 3 hours to talk to an agent after was transferred to another agent and still was not helpful at all. They play tricks and games on people and just lie and make up excuses. One of my segments was suddenly cancelled and I bought the ticket off of Flyfar and they kep making up excuses and blaming Air Canada and Lufthansa's end for their own mistake!

I booked a round trip from Vancouver to Halifax. The flight company cancelled some of my flights that I can't either fly from Vancouver to Halifax nor from Halifax to Vancouver. FlyFar did not give me full refund as they promised on their website. I need to contact the flight company by myself. The custom service is very unpolite and unhelpful. Do not try FlyFar if you want to arrive at your destination.

I booked a flight with Tap Air Portugal. I had a family emergency and needed to cancel that flight. I spent hours on the phone with Tap Air Portugal, which ended with them stating that the only way I can receive a refund or voucher is through the FlyFar. Tap air Portugal specifically told me I was eligible for a 100% voucher, given the dates I booked. FlyFar has refused to even acknowledge these statements, or assist me in any way to get this voucher! Unbelievable! I have spent the past 3 days trying to speak to somebody who can help me! Should I file a dispute with my card company? What is the best route to take here?

They refuse to send me my Ticket refund even thou the airline (New Zealand Air) has already provided the refund back to Flyfar. They are holding onto my refund and will not release it to me.

Booked a flight, conference was cancelled due to coronavirus. Company shut their phones down and website offline. Airline cannot help with the issue. Absolutely absurd that there is no support available. None. Sat on hold for airline for 7 hours total already. Begging for help and still no further than before. Emailed Flyfar days ago and still no response, even though they said they'd respond in 2-3 business days. Poor service!
Do not buy a fly with gotogate.com or flyfar (is the same company) no service and they try to steal your money. My flight got cancelled to Israel and they sold me 2 different ticket to go there (my final destination was no the 1st one) and even when they sent me an email saying that my second flight got cancelled they did nothing to cancel the 1st flight. Thank God that I was able to cancelled myself and requested the money back with my credit card company.

The biggest rip-off scam company in the business. I would give -5 stars if I could. I booked 2 tickets and had to change because of covid. After 21 calls they refused unless I pay the full fare again. The company is a fraud and a scam. STAY AWAY. Customer service -5. They are polite and ask you to wait 3 minutes several times while they do NOTHING.

They don't help you rebook denied flights and charge you obscene prices to do so, when I asked for a refund they said they don't do refunds. They hung up on me more than 3 times. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I booked 5 tickets to go to Europe on June 5th 2020 through FlyFar around $2500. The airline cancelled our flight because of Covid pandemic. I have been trying to contact Flyfar many times. They will not respond any of my emails. They were unable to even find my ticket for some reason and hang up on me twice because they do not know what to say!

I was trying to get my refund when I receive cancellation by airline. I called them(flyfar) over 7 times, their answer always said: " we help you to send email already. Please wait for 3 days and call us back again. ".
And then flyfar will ask you to call airline " write down on your booking: refund is possible. "
All the rights are belong to travel agency. Isn't it? In additions, they hang up on me as well.
Booked a flight through Flyfar that was supposed to happen April 2020. The flight was cancelled by the airline and per the terms and conditions I am supposed to receive a full refund. The airline (Norweigan) refunded Flyfar over 6 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund from Flyfar. This company is a scam, every time I call they put me on a 2 hour hold, each time a person picks up the phone they say they need to transfer me to a different department and I have to wait again on a 2 hour hold. No refund at this time.
The price for additional charges is misrepresented. I was not able to see the itemized charges until I clicked "complete booking now" I called the 1800 number right away to cancel the additional charges because my fare increased a lot and I was told that I can't cancel that charge and I can only get 50% discount off the cancellation trip insurance. I travel a lot myself and buy tickets for my family. I am always very careful on additional charges, but this time I made a big mistake.

File a complaint. The Department of Transportation will forward your complaint to the airline and threaten "enforcement action" if they don't act soon.

I booked flights through you and normally whenever I've purchased something online, there is a summary of the items purchased so I can confirm what I've purchased prior to completing the purchase. This was not the case. I completed the purchase only to discover cancelation insurance had been purchased which I did not want. Your website was very confusing and I have no idea how I ended up buying this but it certainly was not my intention. I immediately phoned and granted, your colleague managed to get the insurance company to refund some of this purchase but as far as I'm concerned, I'm still out $148 for something I did not intend to purchase and I will not be using your service again until or unless I am compensated for it. And I will be sharing this experience with my friends and family. Paul Taylor.
