Fontana Showers

Fontana showers bathtubs are pure luxury. Soaking in one has become my new favorite thing to do daily after a long day at work! I couldn't begin to express the excellence of customer service and how they answered every single question I had in a timely manner!

I wasnt expecting much when I ordered this, thinking that it would be the same as any other LED shower head. Nothing impressive about it, but i am pretty happy with choosing it. It works well and all the features were present as was advertised.

You can enjoy a lecture from their customer service team after they send you broken merchandise and then refuse to respond to multiple emails. After they have already sent you incorrect items delaying your replacement or remodel for weeks. Warranty is 30 days per Sophia at their company. You get what you pay for.

I could not be anymore pleased with this company! The finished product is beautiful! The fact that I can precisely set the water temperature to fit my needs that day is a definite added plus! This was also more affordable than the other options out there. Thank you!

At first, I was undecided on what kind of shower I wanted to replace my previous one. However, after finding Fontana Showers, I'm positive it was the right choice. Fontanshowers' auto soap dispenser has made handwashing very easy and convenient! The touchless feature is such a plus especially during covid.

For the price and the way it has been advertised the FontanaShowers Brushed Nickel Ceiling Mount Rainfall Shower Set With Thermostat Mixer Jet Spray And Handshower. Is a great price. BTW got it on sale and did not have to pay full price. One set back was installation manual not detailed. But Customer Service at Fontana emailed us a better one.

I particularly love the thoughtful design elements such as the adjustable showerhead and body jets and precise temperature control which allows me to customize my shower to suit my preferences. Omg im so in love! This is one image of what it looks like installed, probably why I went for it because I can already see how it would look like after the installation. Was not disappointed, it looked gorgeous. Your bathroom will definitely improve, in terms of aesthetics! Highly recommend!

Looking back on our experience with Fontana Showers now is pretty comical... They messed up our experience in pretty much every way possible. We purchase a beautiful 3 set matching brushed nickel shower system for almost $1700 but when It arrived it was the wrong parts put together and the controller was some Chinese model that the plumbers had a very difficult time installing because there were no instructions. Then the controller started leaking so we had to fix that, while we are waiting for the new parts to arrive we realize that the pipe fittings were the wrong type of thread for American pipe thread. So now we had another order being sent to us with the correct pipes. The second replacement order arrived and the knobs didn't look anything like what the picture on the website look like and she said that that's all they had in the warehouse so they just sent it to us! Probably the most funny was how they kept sending multiple orders of showerheads and they kept sending 12 inch showerheads when we ordered 10 inch, the showerhead supposed to have the wideband around the top but it was a skinny one that didn't look anything like the picture but there again they said at the warehouse sent the wrong one so they sent us another order this time two of the wrong showerheads arrived LOL. After more orders than I can count we finally canceled had the plumbers come out remove the whole system because we never got the right parts and after about three weeks we got a full refund.
I'm actually convinced that the office staff does not communicate with the warehouse and warehouse actually just sends whatever is closest at hand without even looking at the order LOL. It was very agonizing at the time because we were trying to finish our new bathroom but now looking back on it it is laughable, they literally were just grab whatever part was on the shelf nearest them and send it to us hoping it would fit. I would have no confidence if I were to order something from them again that what I ordered actually showed up. SEE BELOW
See the attached picture? I still have two of the showerheads in my garage that they sent even after we requested a refund LOL! They had no idea what was going on at the warehouse. Anyone want one of these? I can't guarantee that the pipe threads are American though...

Was ecstatic when had it installed however the excitement died down after one of the jets started to malfunction. I called the plumber who installed it and he told me something was wrong with it and had better ask for a replacement. So I did, and they were kind enough to send one right away which was nice but still very upsetting because now I have to go through the hassle of having it delivered again then reinstalled so it will be a while before I can use it again.

We got this during the pandemic. It was about 50% off. We were glad we was able to get it then because we wouldn't have been able to if it weren't on sale. Anyhow, the Jets are good, water pressure is strong and consistent and weve not had any problems with them ever since they were installed. I must say that this a good product at a reasonable price.

I got this shower head to pair with the antique finished shower head that we already own. This one being fairly new, the colors do not match but I am hoping that will change as time goes by (not sure how though since the old shower head is bound to lose its color as well). Anyway, aside from that there isn't anything else to complain about. The jets are good and fit perfectly with the existing plumbing.

The showerhead from Fontanshowers is a game-changer. It's hygienic and works flawlessly. Easy to install!

I have seen those shower sets with body sprays, but since their too much for me since I'm on a budget, I decided to go for this one. I still think about those jets everyday and wonder if I should have gotten them, but this is turns out to work wonderful for me. It arrived as agreed, and the installation was pretty easy. The handheld shower hose is long enough as well, pretty convenient, and the handheld itself is nice to the grip. Great product for the price.

Buyer Beware! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do yourself a favor and do not buy a product where they can't supply you with replacement parts, they yes you to death but never return your call. They act confused everytime I call about the same issue since May 2020 and now we're into September. Just horrible!
