I watched the movie in late December and started in on their program on my own. I was enthusiastic as it works but their Facebook Group is horrible. The Admin and Moderators never approve posts of mine and act like they are 'above' getting involved with the members. Most groups people post in and the admins monitor but this group your post has to be approved and of course they rarely are. I emailed FOK Customer service about this and they never answer. Do Not Buy anything here because they will rip you off.
