After having tried pretty much all the leading forwarders for many years, I am currently using only Forward2me. No need to look elsewhere - they have it all. Multiple locations in most major e-commerce countries (US, UK, Germany, Japan), competitive pricing, work with all major couriers, work fast, and even fill out the customs declaration for you (you just need to input the price). A real treat! Kudos to Regilyn from Customer Experience for assisting with the rare issue when it arises.

“Uneconomic packing”

As the shipping costs were so high I asked customer service if they could make the packaging just 1 cm smaller on any side. I said just 1cm. Customer service replied that they had packed it as small as possible. I believed the customer service reply and paid the shipping costs offered. However, when I opened the box I received, there was more than 10 cm of space on top side. In addition, the space contained a paper cushion. Packed it as small as possible? I understood that Forward2Me won't give to make effort to reduce shipping costs for customers. If the service does not improve, I will change to another forwarding company.

Avoid this service. When they receive a package, they open it and catalog each item for customs purposes. They made a data entry error on my order and tagged an item as a fresh food, which then created a requirement for my package to have FDA paperwork to ship. I have tried contacting the company via every available method over the course of the last week (emails, their contact form, phone calls) and have been unable to get this issue corrected. At this point it seems like I am unable to ship the package to myself because of their error, and am out the full amount I paid for the order. AVOID!

The shipping price is good, and the option to combine packages removing the outer box, all together in one box is cool. Occasionally there have been problems like mislaid parcels, however the customer service department do their best to resolve any issues. So, overall, I would recommend them.

Already told your service 1000 times what the problem is.

Took forever for my parcel to be shipped from them, was an adult novelty gift and they classed it as military grade, which was ridiculous. If the military uses adult novelty hand cuffs, then we have a huge problem with our military and we should all be afraid. I had an issue using the German warehouse for the first time. It appeared that ID documents and proof of address must be uploaded, before shipments, even repacking can be done. Since there is (too) little information given on the package inbox, I tried and tried to request repacking and only a pop-up telling me documents need to be uploaded before this can be done - without saying what kind of documents, could have been invoices for some of the packages as well… Finally Honey guided me and the approval of my documents was done within an hour or so. Great thanks once again to the Forward2Me support team and this time in particular to Honey!

I used this service for an Etsy purchase. I'm buying a lot of things for my upcoming wedding and I saw some items on Etsy that only shipped to the UK. I looked up ways to ship to the US, and foward2me looked like the safest bet. Going into it I was a bit hesitant, just because my purchases were so big. But, their customer service team did a great job assuring me that the packages were in safe hands. It only took about 5-6 days to receive my package and that's including shipping from retailer to my UK address. A little pricey but would definitely use again.

I can see that you have shipped from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey which does only currently offer the DHL Express service.

We are in the process of introducing an additional tracked courier service from our Tax Free warehouse to offer more flexibility to our customers who choose to use this warehouse for international shipping. Unfortunately we cannot yet confirm when the new courier services will be ready to go live from Guernsey but we will ensure all customers are notified as soon as we receive the green light.

Please be assured we are continuously working on sourcing more budget courier options for our customers and hope to have these additional services rolled out from all of our warehouse locations as soon as possible.

I recently had shipment sent form Japan and was held up in customs cause of taxes, handling and a whole lot of local fees. Your site should provide a way for partner couriers to provide estimates for costs outside of your shipment fees, because being informed only after shipment is initiated hostages consumers from deciding whether or not they should proceed with the transaction. Washing your hands off this is a blatant disregard to consumer protection rights. Feedback has been sent yo your customer service as well. Take action!

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, however, as per our terms of trade, section 8, from our website, all shipments that are dispatched through our services are sent under the delivery terms of 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' or 'Delivered At Place' with all of the tracked couriers from all of our available warehouses. We don't have the accreditation to carry out the customs clearance and calculate the duties for the goods in advance. Any duties and taxes owing for shipments upon import into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If you are disputing the total duties and taxes that have been charged for your shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact the courier from the destination country to review the charges further. We are not responsible for the duty and tax rates that are applied for shipments and all duty and taxes rates do vary from country to country.
