This is the worst app in existence!
They make it impossible to cancel!
They pigeonhole their so called customers into doing everything through email! And NO ONE RESPONDS!
Do not subscribe to Fox Nation! They will steal your money and refer to "terms and conditions" after several attempts to cancel it!
After MULTIPLE attempts to chat with them, the chat hold time of 40 people ahead you drops your hold, and you have to start over just to be dropped again and again and again and again!

Don't subscribe unless you want them to attempt to charge your card every other day after canceling.

I did a trial for subscription, and it charged me for a two year without warning at full cost, i tried to call with no answer, I finally was able to get into my account not easy, and found the subscription there I was 9 days short, so I am locked into a year subscrition, they are terrible advise do not sign up

Appalled at Fox's decision to shoot itself in the foot by firing Tucker, I have cancelled my Fox Nation subscription which was renewed at the end of March. I requested a refund. They refused. I will support them no longer.

Do you know how annoying it is to have a current paid subscription and have to logon every single time you want to use the app? And when you have to use the remote to do it...well if you haven't had that "wonderful" opportunity over and over and over and over, you're missing out. The app is good, but I'm put in a bad mood every time I want to watch.

I am a Fox junky. I watch regular Fox almost all day. I'm disappointed at the renewal price. I give them one more year and then I'll probably cancel my subscription.

Paid $950 for 2 tickets to the taping of "The Five" at 4 pm, a Cocktail Party with "Meet and Greets" and "Book Signings", and tickets to the Patriot Awards where the doors would open at 6 pm for a 7 pm taping. Was told to be there at 3 pm, got there at 2 pm so we could get good seats for The Five. Fox Nation's representative at the Information Booth who knew absolutely NOTHING told us and about 15 other folks with tickets to The Five to stand where we were while she inquired about where we should go. After more than an hour while the line for all their events got very long she told us to go to the end of that long line. We were the last to be allowed entry to the taping and had to settle for the worst seats in the house. Second fiasco occurred when the cocktail party in between The Five and The Patriot Awards didn't happen with no notice nor any explanation. Fox Nation had one small booth selling 1 beer and 1 seltzer with about an hour wait in line for their 3,000 customers attending. Not one person for book signings and only the Duck Dynasty people for photos for about 10 minutes who just walked away waving goodbye to about 100 folks in line for their photos as that was the ONLY thing to do for the 2 hours between The Five and The Patriot Awards. Lastly, the doors for The Patriot Awards were to open at 6 pm for a 7 pm taping. They didn't open until 7:15 after the mob of about 2,500 people were screaming "Let Us In". It was a pathetic operation and we feel totally insulted and heartbroken. These people are no longer our rock stars as no one should treat patrons this poorly. My trust in ANYTHING FOX NEWS related is absolutely shaken as I now consider each and every person associated with them a liar and a fraud. I only gave 1 star because a 0 star review was not an option.

The worst! Asking questions and receive a notice that the chat is ending due to inactivity. If they don't like the question, they disconnect. Extremely rude and unhelpful. One agent says you can only watch 1 device at a time and that this was a change from original 3 devices. The second agent says that isn't the case. Which is it? No phone number. Insist on written chat. Ridiculous waste of time.

To their credit, Fox Nation offers all active and retired veterans a discounted subscription to Fox Nation. Much appreciated. They also offer first responders the same discount with one problem. It is only for active first responders. I attempted to subscribe as a retired first responder of 35 years with no success. So my 35 years means nothing compared to a rookie fresh out of the academy when it comes to subscribing to Fox Nation. Well, they can keep it. Whether intentional or oversight, not a respectful move Fox.

I was excited to find this offer from Fox Nation so I could review content to see if worthy of monthly fee. However, every time, with exception of one instance of success directly after I activated the trial, I receive an 'Ooops, something went wrong' message when I attempt to access the app, futher informing me it will continue trying to 'recover in the background.' Well, hours later & many days the same, no recovery and same message when I exit and re-enter. I believe it's intentional. Bye FoxNation.

Don't sign up for Fox Nation, is all I can say. It is completely frustrating, especially the customer service. Don't ever give them a credit card number!

Spent an hour with chat on foxnation help(you can't speak to a person) and after an hour of explanation about not being able to log on, I was told I would have to produce evidence I paid. This was done through apple and it showed I paid and next due date was in April 2023. Finally complained to Apple and they refunded my money and canceled my subscription which Foxnation said didn't exist. Worse customer service ever and was shocked it was from Fox.

I have been a subscriber for over a year. I found the content to be very good.

A few weeks before the end of the first year (may have been a coincidence), only the Personalities and Fox News would load. The real sections offering the various shows that are advertised did not come up. I got a clockwise spinning circle for over 30 minutes before I gave up.

I tried to get ahold of customer service. I could not find a way to talk or comment with a human. All I could do was work with a (designated by Fox) Bot.

The Bot asked me what my problem was. I described it (as above). It terminated the conversation and gave me an internet URL. I went there. It wanted my credit card number to get started. Really? Not good!

I canceled the subscription. I was not prorated. I have no access to the service for 11 months with no access.

What a scam!

I am sad. We liked the content, but Fox Nation appears to be so troubled that there is no way to resolve issues.

Think about this before signing up.

Content is educational and informative. However just finding anything, even back to where you left, in impossible. The program guide is incoherent, I don't know why it's so unintuitive.

I signed up for FN. Paid for 1 year. Tried to access and all I got was " The application has encountered an error ". Sent I for to their help desk. Response was we have created a case number and will respond shortly. That was 2 months ago! Still waiting.
Have opened a case with my Credit Card for a refund.
What a Scam

My husband signed up for a free 1-year subscription which he soon realized he wasn't interested in and didn't use. When we became aware of our card being charged a year later from our monthly credit card statement, customer service said that the plan was stated up front and they disconnected my call without any attempt to refund, prorate OR cancel our subscription like I asked them to. We were 37 days into the renewal. Awful and very disappointing.

Fox Nation is big enough company whereas they should have control of any offers made.

In my case I was given a year free but in two weeks I was cancelled because I did not place CC for renew and they could not bill the card. Pure scam using Veterans and first responder in order to scam us Shame on Fox. So call supporters of Patriots

Loved watching the shows on Fox Nation. Most of the shows I watched was Tucker. My husband I watched him EVERY NIGHT Monday-Friday. We were very shocked and saddened when he was taken off the air. I no longer have the Fox Nation app due to the absence of Tucker.

I tried twice to use the email offer code 25Now on the same day I received the email which was 3/8/23. I clicked on "rejoin now", and was not able to see where to enter code. After a few days I was told that because I purchases Fox Nation thru iTunes that they had to refund the money which they did. So I started again thinking that I did something wrong, as luck would have it, the same thing happened, not able to enter code. Not apple to talk to someone regarding this, worse customer service, will never renew with again, the offer is a scam!

I stream all the time with my different apps. Fox Nation buffers all the time or completely freezes and I have to exit the app and restart it. None of my others do this so I know it is not my Internet that is the problem. I would love to watch this more but it's not worth the hassle.

Received an email from Fox Nation saying I could watch Tucker Carlson, Sean and Laura without advertisements. So I rejoined (previously quiet due to lack of any news). In less than one month Fox Nation started loading these shows with adds that don't allow you to fast forward so you are forced to watch the entire adds on a PAID streaming service. Big rip-off from a deceitful and untrustworthy news organization.

I can hardly watch anything this subscription is crap. I can not believe I actually bought another year of $#*!ing nothing. I will be posting bad reviews of this crap in as many places as I can. Every time I tried to watch something it would tell me I needed a paid service. Yes, I was logged in. It is crap. Cancel your membership before it subtracts money from you if you think the same way. STAY AWAY if you are deciding to join.

Tried the free trial, couldn't see the shows like Jessie waters or the American news room, and they couldn't verify my vet status,,,,, I have a DD 214 …………….
