Caution to prospective buyer to choose wisely because they charge s/h per item and do not pay return s/h for refunds. I chose two prints that were too similar to display together and returned one print. UPS charges more than the cost of the print to ship it back. USPO charged $2 less to ship it back. I did return it and purchased another print from the same artist that was a little different. They arrived rolled tightly and did take some time to flatten in order to spray and mount for framing. Other sellers have shipped print to me shrink-wrapped to a piece of cardboard. That way there are no wrinkles and curls to deal with. With all the s/h costs included, I invested less than $50 and matted/framed the 12x12 prints myself with nice old matching thrift store frames. Saved quite a bit of money and they look B+. Will buy from them again.
I got my first order from Framedart.com today. The packaging was atrocious. No damage to the box but the glass is in 50 pieces. The packaging is nothing but a thin layer of bubble wrap around the picture in a box that is way too big for it. There is no structural cardboard inside the box to stop the picture from moving around. Customer service did replace the item but I have to wait another 10-14 days and I have zero confidence that it will arrive undamaged.

Tip for consumers:
Good luck. After my experience, I will be using other art vendors in the future and perhaps you should too.

My picture was delivered broken in an open box. I tried to replace it, which requires an RMA number first. Many phone calls and two e-mails from me didn't reach a response. Live chat does not work. I'm very disappointed. Beware!
It was a little confusing about how to pick the frame, size, and type - it never seemed finalized or saved, so I wasn't sure if it had all the specs I'd picked
I must say I am extremely disappointed with these three prints I received! I've ordered over a 1000 dollars worth of prints from FramedArt.com and these last three look horrible. Each one shows waves in the print like the print got wet then dried and then you framed it and sent it to me! I sent pics but it looks way worse in person. I'm very disappointed with these and will never buy from them again. I still have a full basement to put pictures in but it won't be with their prints if their work and products are this cheap
Tip for consumers:
The prints you get will probably look like a 10 year old matted and framed them! Just be careful , 3 out of the 5 large prints I had framed and glare free glass are cheaply done, have waves in the prints, and the glass looks like its paper then, if its even glass.

I ordered some prints that were 12" x 18" or close to that and I thought that meant the size of the printed picture but it was actually the size of what I received with the picture part too small for my frame. Very disappointed in that.
I ordered 2 large framed prints and received them in cheesy plastic frames, not wood. These frames could be bought from a store that deals with low quality plastic frames. There are no picture hooks or screws sent so you are on your own with that. They give you some impossible pieces of metal that for large prints require a level & a professional to mount. Run away from this company & use a more professional reputable company who provide wood frames & easy to install hardware which should already be existing on your frames. Not so. I have 2 large prints now that can't be hung & my options are limited as the frames are cheap plastic. I contacted the company and will update this review when and if I hear from them.

My comments echo much of what others have written. A couple of months ago, I ordered three framed prints from this company. When they arrived, I was dismayed at the quality of workmanship. The frames were flimsy plastic and the quality of reproduction left much to be desired. Thus, I returned the items in good condition, but the company deducted $38.00 for shipping costs. When I returned the box, I only paid $18.00 USPS. I emailed FrameArt today and they refused any additonal refund. For a company that touts its excellent service, it certainly failed to live up to this promise. I will never order from them again. From now on I'm ordering directly from the museum that has the provenance.
Tip for consumers:
Run the other way.

Beware, they show non-glare glass as an option for your frame. You can order it and they will charge you for it. However they will ship non-glare ACRYLIC, aka plastic, in the frame. Upon receipt I called the company and was told that non-glare glass had been discontinued. But no indication of that on the ordering website. A very DECEITFUL business practice.
So the option is "discontinued", but you can order it and we will charge you for it. And if you don't notice, T.S. On your part! I did notice it immediately and called and to their was given a refund the next day.
This is a classic case of Buyer Beware!

Been very good so far easy to find products, I haven't been able to find else where . Excited to receive product.
I ordered 3 framed prints and when they finally arrived, one had dents in the frame and the other two were put together so sloppy that the corners didn't line up. This wasn't a small amount, one corner was 1/4" off. I called and had to send pictures and they gave me a RMA#. I shipped them out and finally had a refund for less than a third of the total which was almost $400. I emailed them back and eventually got a second refund but not for the full cost. None of the damage was on my part or shipping, it was all them yet they won't refund me what I paid

I returned all framed prints since they were either damaged or not correct.
Yesterday I received my order from framedart.com. I couldn't believe that on the right side of the picture the mat does not lie flat. It's almost as if something is under the matting lifting it up. I ordered this product based on the positive reviews of the company but I guess whoever did the final inspection of my piece didn't pay much attention to make sure it was properly done. I have to wait until Monday when Customer Service is open to get my return going. I am also upset that, according to their return policy, I have to pay the return postage. I put good faith in this company that I would receive a quality product and I feel they should send a shipping label as it was their fault for the return. I would never buy from them again.
Tip for consumers:
I always feel hesitant ordering from websites, make all efforts to buy somewhere where you can see the product. I usually have my artwork framed at a local business but they cost more than framed art. I guess there is a reason for it. You get what you pay for certainly plays true in this case.

I ordered a wall print in addition to the mat, frame and glass. Their customer service is closed on weekends and I have to wait until tomorrow for a return approval number. I will not ask for a replacement product. In order to return the picture, it states in their return policy, I have to pay the postage. With the substandard work reflected in the product I received I would not take the risk of getting anything else from them especially that it is my responsibility to pay the postage.
I set up an account for jobber pricing. I am a frame shop and the pricing is extremely high. The other places I buy from are sold to me at 80% off retail.
First purchase. Purchased 5 framed prints for approximately $600. Print quality good. However, quality of frames unacceptable for this price point. Frame material not wood or metal, but plastic - very cheap. In addition, frame assembly shoddy. Overall impression - disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing framed art from framedart.com. The quality of framing detracts from the enjoyment of the print.
Tip for consumers:
Purchase prints only.

Fabulous customer service!! Thank you so much for getting our order here in time for a very special event!!
Purchased 3 framed pieces of art - 2 smaller ones & 1 large. On the large item, 3 corners were separated & not flush. Had to use super glue to reconnect them, but in the end, still had small gaps. Also, Did not include hanging instructions or extra screws for 2nd bracket. For the price, this is unacceptable. Would not order from FramedArt. Com again.
The overall shopping experience was ok. The staff I spoke with were helpful... However, the customer should have an option to use the cleat hangers or wire hangers...and the option should be easy to select at the time we customize our art work...not buried in and email after the purchase is made. Because I did not see the link in the confirmation email ( this was my first purchase on framedart.com) after receiving my purchase, I had to call and request the wire hangers. That is when I was informed the option is in an email. The gentleman I spoke with seemed hurried and agitated. He said he would get a care package of hangers out to me. After 5 days I called back and was surprised to hear that no notes were made on my order number for my request..and that they were obviously not sent out. So they requested them again. Still waiting. Also, the part of the cleat hanger for the wall should not be taped to the back of the print on the paper, because if one is not careful, you can tear the paper backing. Perhaps the hanging equipment should be in a plastic bag in the box????
Received my art and it is the wrong color and very grainy. Looked into returning but with all the shipping costs (return shipping is paid for by the customer), I'd be paying them so much additional money, I'd get almost no return on the poor quality item. Please do not waste your money buying from this company.

Art, but was not used due to poor quality.
Great selection. I would prefer more mat colors, possibly more frame options. Overall, great picture finds for home decorations.
I ordered a framed print online. I was able to track the delivery and it arrived when expected. It was well packaged to protect the frame and print.
1. Package took longer than quoted to arrive.
2. Package arrived, packaging looked fine. Upon opening up 3 of the four corners were broken.
3. Called number provided. Recording said no one to take your call because we are busy, leave your number.
4. No one called back.
5. Started live chat, sent pictures. Stayed on line for 3 hours, no one came on live chat.
6. Sent email with pictures. Still have not received reply.

I order framed print. Got broken framed print. Can't use.
Great selection. Found just what I was looking for. However I need to return it. It just wasn't what I wanted.
Their return policy is excellent !
Do not purchase a frame. I bought a large frame which completely came apart a month and a half after purchase. Luckily, the picture is still intact.
Tip for consumers:
Feel free to purchase pictures, but do not buy frames. Extremely flimsy.

They only have a 30 day return policy. No warranty.
I ordered a picture of a beach in Maui and it was ABSOLUTELY DULL! The frame didn't look anything like the picture on the website either! I was even more disappointed when it cost me $50 to return the picture when it only cost Framed Art $30 to send it to me! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My frame arrived damaged. The flimsy metal straps that hold the frame to the artwork had come off during shipping, and thus the whole frame broke apart at the corners. (The product should be securely screwed together.) I did however get a full refund, but I was disappointed in the quality.
Framing our selection was confusing, plus the risk that it will arrive in good order w no damage...TR
