I bought some shocks for my truck. They shipped the wrong shocks. I tried to contact through e-mail and phone. After many failed attempts, I finally spoke to a man that did not seem to care to help me get anything straightened out but was quick to inform me of the 20 percent restocking fee. This company is a fraud. Probably just a guy sitting at home selling other peoples products through s developed web site. Do not buy from these idiots. I plan on paying them a visit when I'm down in Sarasota soon!

Purchased a programmer. The programmer showed up without any programming. I called tech support during their advertised hours and was never able to reach anyone, not by phone or live-chat. The following week I finally was able to speak to someone who said they were not able to provide the tuning I paid for and they could not take the product back. He actually hung up on me. I had to call my credit card company to get the charge removed. Worst online purchase experience ever.
They sent me the wrong set of headlight bulbs. After arguing with these people for 3 weeks. They finally gave me a shipping lable to send this product back. They said I won't have to pay for anything, and i would get a full refund since non of this was my fault. Well they shorted me 30 bucks. In other words, this is a rip off company to order from i highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. Dont get screwed like I did.
Made a order. Sat on processing for a week while I tried to contact company multiple times through email and phone. Left voicemail. I'm not sure anyone works there? Ended up contacting my credit card to dispute the charges. Waste of time. Now I look this morning and the website is down? Good luck
No tracking number on my shipment was not sent out still after 6 days and when u finally get them on the phone they have nothing to say about your order last time I buy from here
Took numerous emails and phone calls to get my core deposit. They had no complaints about my core, they just refuse to give you your core deposit unless you hound them for three months. YES, you heard that right. 3-MONTHS! They try to make it as hard as they can on you so you just give up.
We ordered parts and didn't receive them all. After a day of going back and forth with the customer service rep to verify the parts we received (understandable), we were able to have the missing parts shipped to us. The rep advised that we would receive them the following day. It's the following day, 1:42pm and we still have not received our shipment. Called 3 hours earlier for a tracking number and no call back with the tracking information. On our 2nd follow up call now. Horrible customer service and this business will not use this company ever again!
