I needed to get tickets quickly because i am leaving for a family vaca today and the tickets needed to be here before we left. I called customer support to verify the tix would arrive in time and the live operator was very helpful. I was worried at first because i had never bought tickets from a site that wasnt ticketmaster. They are pretty good. Worth a try in my book and i will be using them again if the tickets are sold out through ticketmaster.
