“ORIGIN of goods as "from China" is not obvious on Danish domain of this multi-site re-seller”

Goods originating outside of EU incur 12% import tax, 25% VAT, plus 160 DKK handling fee. Upon arrival this can almost double the price of a purchase at € 60. And according to reviews: Good luck getting your money back. UPDATE The Danish site has since been updated with placement of origin matching other countries stricter laws of consumer protection. I managed to have my money back. But it took that I understood that they are incapable of covering all of their target countries's customers, WHEN THINGS GO WRONG (when things go right, then No Problems!) - they are quite obviously severely understaffed, plus they have some sort of scripts, which their supportor have to follow. And these deal with 1. We are waiting for response 2. The producer is contacting you 3. Please contact your local post office (there are no more post local offices in Denmark - all places are shops hired to receive and send parcels) 4. Please ask your neighbours if they have received the parcel 5. We can see you are in contact with the producer/real seller, so we are awaiting the result of that 6. Please don't write us more than once, like we said in the previous mail (sig of being understafed and not having a dedicated business in-mail system, that can add new mails to previous) 7. Wait some more, and variations on the above. RESILLIENCE is what is needed to get your money back. USE ALL MEANS, while keeping a civil tone. But don't give in and DO go all the way to the fence - just don't call them names. Their supporters are over-worked, stressed and under enormeous pressure to deal with complaining customers.
