Fry's Food and Drug

Was in the store at Gilbert and Ocotillo 5/19/2022 and had 3 Game of Life scratch off tickets stolen out of my cart. These were under a carton of eggs and were winning tickets to be cashed in at customer service. Beware of people stealing from your cart! If anyone has any information please contact customer service about this as they were informed about this.

Trying to get a human on phone to ask if there is a prescription on file. 30 minutes later still no answer. Bounced between main switch board and pharmacy. Pharmacy puts you on hold. Sent back to main switchboard several attempts. All fail. Still no answer 6 hours still no answer. Left a message. Still no answer.

... Went in to buy a couple of sale items from the circular w/out realizing it wasn't that simple. To get 4 12packs of soda for $10, you need to spend an additional $25. And, to get the Captain Morgan Spiced rum 750ml bottles for $9.79 each, you have to buy 6 bottles. That's almost $60 to get a sale. Why in the hell do I need 6 bottles of rum?! I guess they thought Jack Sparrow would be hitting this sale. I think if you just want to buy 4 12packs of soda or one bottle of rum, you should get the sale price w/out having to be forced to spend additional money. That's the way it used to be at other grocery stores ie; Wegman's, Carnival, Food Lion & Giant Eagle, who also double coupons.

I purchased items on May 30,2015 and accumulated 91 fuel points. I again went in frys two days later on June 1 with the intent of another purchase to get enough fuel point to purchase fuel and found that the 91 fuel point purchased two day prior were no longer there since it was the previous month purchase. Kinda wants a person to start shopping Safeway if that's the way the casual shopper gets treated.

The management is unquestionably in disregard of how to properly train their employees and address issues which negatively effect the function of the store.
