Passport came much faster than I was expecting; 4 days from them receiving my application. I payed for the 'mission critical' tier.
Yes, I could have made an appointment with the US passport service and traveled another city that had an office and handed in the application myself and saved a little money, but with the travel expense I doubt I would have saved much money, and with the convenience, this service was well worth it, to me.
These guys were the only expedited passport service, of the several I looked at, who actually picked up the phone when I called them and that gave me the confidence to go with them. They helped me along the way and answered all my questions. I would used the service again if I needed to in a heartbeat

G3 made the process of applying for my renewal very simple and easy to do. My passport arrived today, about one week faster than advertised. I'm completely satisfied with this service! BTW, I did have several questions along the way. My phone calls were always answered promptly by a helpful specialist, not a recorded message.

G3 did as advertised. The embassy was on vacation so it took longer to get my visa but it came as soon as possible.

G3 promised a fast turnaround. I paid the money, sent my old passport and now more than 8 weeks later, G3 has kept my money, kept my old passport, refused to respond to me, refused to obtain a new passport for me. A total FRAUD and SCAM.

Excellent passport renewal service! And I had my new passport in 4 business days (8 business days BEFORE I expected it). I did not have to Sign for the package that was delivered to me with my Passport in it. I found this rather upsetting so inquired about it and was told by you folks that that is how you handle things. Well, so be it....but I really do not like my Passport just to be sitting by my front door unattended. I much prefer having to sign for the package and then have it handed to me by the FedEx driver.

At the time I was seeking this service I was in a panic and my trip date was soon. I did not realize I needed a visa prior to departure in my passport (thought that stamp happened when you arrived, as a part of customs, like my other trips). Plus I was very uneasy about sending all my original documents in for this. Once I sent the application off all my documents, plus the visa stamp, came back to me in just under 48 hours.
