Hi, since I was introduced to this site I haven't had a single issue or delay in acquiring anything & everything I've ordered ever. Even when I was in a rush the customer support not only were immediately helpful/responsive but gave me coupons for cheaper deals as well. If you desire these services than this is a place you can trust & save some money.

I have used SSE for several years now, never an issue until they sent me over to their g4mmo side of things.

Ordered at just before 5PM, 30+ hours later, still have not received my order. Speaking with Live Chat was fruitless. Each time from both different agents I was told to wait 2-4 more hours. Having just finished another very unprofessional Live Chat session with "Miya", I'm now here hoping others don't make this same mistake.

After receiving some "whatever", flat-out "bye", and "babe" attached to some replies, I will be requesting a refund.

EDIT: As of 11:27am, I have asked for a refund, which I was then told would be another 12 hours. I strongly believe this site is a scam.

EDIT2: Updated at 9:00pm EST with the chat log regarding my refund, in which they first charged me more than my original receipt.
