I had the same experiece as one of other correspondents - disc was scratched, Ten supplied serial numbers were rejected and the supplier would not refund my money. I made a complaint to the authorities with regards to this web site

Well it was to late for me - i purchased two programs from All items Free shipping or Gaintsoft - Photoshop CS4 and MS Office 2007 BOTH are pirated and neither one works. MS and Adobe both told me the Keys are not valid. To top it off i had to go through PayPal and they tell me tough nothing we can do about it.
Thier products are pirated. I purchased Photoshop CS4 and it came from China. The DVD arrived scratched and the serial number is invalid. The owner of the company does NOT refund money but just keeps supplying invalid serial numbers. Beware of the pirated products!
