We purchased an attractive retro small fridge for beverages only It stopped cooling within two years It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a response from Customer Service which is clearly a misnomer for that department. The local high end appliance dealers have told me that their products are usually substandard and the company is notorious for their lack of customer concern. I have just purchased a much more reliable brand from a local business who not only inspired confidence, but takes responsibility for any issues even beyond the warranty period

I bought one of your green fridges for my dad 2 years ago and now it's not cooling anything for $180 that is unacceptable if something is not done I will put this on my podcast along with the other reviews so I expect to at least hear back from this company
Purchased Fridge Freezer in Oct of 2021 and worked good until the defrost fan started to make noise. Then no service and can't get anyone to talk to or that wants to service unit.
It works ok but burns to darkly cooks food in the back. Not an even heat, apparently. My biggest complaint is the digital numbers on the front screen are starting to disappear. It is beginning to be hard to tell the temp or timer numbers. Soon it will be impossible so it will be mostly unusable. To the land fill. I hate that. The toaster oven before this lasted over 15 years. This has been 3, For example. 8 looks like a zero. So I can see the 7 before it so kinda know it is an 8. I won't buy any of the products again. I see on Amazon where I purchased it, there are the same complaints.
