“Stay away from these Scammers”

Do not sign up, i repeat do not ever sign up for their services especially their bull$#*! trial period which they will make you wait till the trial period ends, charge you and then if you made a cancellation request they will cancel. Customer service is non existant, they have no one hired in that position. If you already have given your card info for the trial period, call your bank for the chargeback for the pre authorization fee and cancel your debit card and ge a new one if you want to save some money.

Customer service is non existant, they have no one hired in that position. SUMMARY: Hard to cancel account, very very slow customer service. Once the game is shipped out to you they don't care if it gets to you or not and will end up charging you for the lost shipment.

FULL REVIEW:
I am put on a waitlist of a game that I no longer wanted however they don't allow you to get off the waitlist. I later find out that they shipped the game to me so I wait and wait. 2 months later I call them about this (I am now charged for 2 months of service that I never used = ~$40). They tell me that it may have been lost by CanadaPost BUT will not refund me. They also will NOT cancel my account via email and want me to call in. I call and I am put on a hold for an hr+. I end up hanging up and telling them this, they still want me to call... same story. Eventually after back and forth they finally said my account is cancelled. 2 weeks later the new billing month hits and they charged me for the additional month. Again after a hassle they finally refund me for just that 1 month.

Fast track to 2 weeks later and they charge me for the FULL cost of the game I NEVER received. I called and they say there policy is this: "Once it leaves our warehouse, its your responsibility whether it gets to you or not". Apparently they use no tracking number or any safe protection. Anything wrong that happens the customer pays up for GameAccess lost shipment.

Overall I end up being charged in total of ~$75 (2 month + charge for lost game shipment to my house) for a service that I was not able to use due to the lost game shipment to my house. They will not refund me or care about this and essentially told me that's there policy.

Tip for consumers:
AVOID THIS SITE - THEY HAVE HORRIBLE POLICIES & WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT THE FIRST TIME YOU ASK!
