Avoid this site. It is a scam setup to take your money and run. I thought I purchased a software package to backup my PS3 games to disc or drive. I also paid extra for support. I was provided with a link to a software app and directions. The software did not work. I emailed support twice. No answer. My third email demanded my money back. I actually got a reply stating that I my account would be refunded. After several weeks, My credit card statement showed no credit. I emailed again. No answer. I took my grievance to clickbank.com, the bank I paid my money to. Their response to my refund request was that their disclaimer says they only sell guides. I read the disclaimer. You would have to be a pretty good lawyer to pull that info out of it. Bottom line, avoid gamecopywizard.com plus it's sister sites offering free internet tv and radio.

The software reports errors while running. The customer service is a joke, and the refund policy is the largest waste of my time. I submitted my request the same day I got the software. They only do payouts once a month. It dodnt show up the first month. So I sent an email, no response. Sent another email, no response. Sent an angry as hell email, got an excuse that they don't know why it was not processed, but it would be taken care of next month. Guess what, no refund, again. I have now sent 3 more emails, no response. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! Save yourself the headache.
