I bought a game from them and when I tried to use the code on Steam - IT DID NOT WORK!

When I spoke with a Steam rep by telephone, I was told that THEY (Steam) are in the process of taking legal actions against this fake company, but it might be a while until any actionable occurrence happens.

They did not refund my money and they keep telling me things like they dont find my email or the order that I bought it and then after replying that someone had already sent me an email saying I will have the refund 2 months ago they said I used it so they wont refund it, they are stealing my mlney

I have re-installed windows and the product is failing to activate using this key

I have just been in contact with Microsoft support
Who have informed me that the key is a pirated key
And that i should get in touch with you for a replacement key
I have a MS investigation reference if you need it
But if you could please supply me with a replacement key, then I will consider his matter closed

Time has passed so long that we cannot provide you with a new key

I will pass on your details to MS for investigation, they seemed pretty convinced that you acting in bad faith and they requested your details to take this matter further
If you can provide me with a replacement key, then there is no need to take this matter further

I purchased a key in good faith, if this key was genuine then it would a) work in perpetuity, b) not be identified as a "pirate" key by Microsoft

Our keys are valid and legal. The reason why the keys you purchased cannot be used is because you reinstalled the system

This is key is not genuine, as report by the company that ultimately decides these things, Microsoft
Microsoft say's your previous statement is untrue
A genuine key should be usable any number of times
They have identified the key your provided a a "pirated" key
Are yo saying I should listen to you and believe that Microsoft is lying?
Or is it more likely that Microsoft is correct and that you have, perhaps unwittingly, provided me with a "pirated" key

Ordered Xbox live gold 3 MONTHS. States that the code will be sent instantly. No code arrived just a f@@king email saying that we take security seriously and due to the possibility of my card being stolen or my PayPal account hacked they are holding off on sending the code

Ordered an activation key, only after I purchased it I looked at reviews because the website seemed a bit dodgy and found loads of reviews saying it was a scam, I was horrified! Didn't receive the key for a while so I thought it's definitely a scam so emailed them saying I'd changed my mind and would like a refund but didn't see they'd actually sent the code! Seemed to be a legit code but bought it somewhere else before I'd received it. Long story short, they said they need to check if the code has been used or not and then they will refund me, I got my refund through today in my paypal account!

Did not send a "digital code." They emailed a photo of the back of a card. I tired it anyway, the number did not work, and was not even for my region (USA). I contacted them, and they gave me the runaround for a few days until I filed a claim with PayPal for a refund. A couple days after that, they refunded my money via PayPal and had the claim closed. Their emails are filled with broken English, and the whole thing smelled fishy. I've learned my lesson!

Having read all the negative reviews I became a little worried after using the site. But within about 2 hours I received my code. I have read many responses they have made about there issues that have slowed down the arrival of your purchase. After my dealing with them, I believe them. The code I received was for a 12 month Xbox live and it was about $15 cheaper than anywhere else.

Purchased a game and they requested I put the key through Nvidias website, when it didn't work I asked Nvidia support for help and they informed me they were illegally selling game keys meant for a bundle.

When I requested my money back they explained they didn't believe me and kept my money, I'm now having to contact my bank.

After going through a "verification code" process that made me nervous (my paypal account had already been debited), the code didn't work on the console, saying it wasn't valid in my region. But, it did work on xbox.com/redeemcode so everything turned out OK.

Parasites from China take your money & bank details.

You won't get anything.

Now I am waiting for a new card & £23 down

Avoid this site they will try to steal your money and then sell your details.
Just watch those spam emails roll in after using this site.
After trying and failing to buy a game from this site i was immediately bombarded with the spam emails from porn to poker.

The Code they sent me does not work in the Untied States. They had me try multiple different ways of trying to get the code to work, including a number of "backdoor" links. After attempting to enter the code in about 8 different ways at the behest of their customer service department, they refused to send me a code that is appropriate for my region. After wasting a lot of my own time on a product they took my money for, they are now advising that they don't trust me to not give the code to someone else and wont refund my money for "several working days".
Horrible experience, horrible customer service, bad grammar on every single email I received from them. STAY AWAY if you are in the united states.

After 8 hours final got some help and everything is now good.
Shame they could not have helped from the start but think it is down to where they are based.

It is an easy-to-use site that makes correspondence of management better. I got my code within 5 minutes and it works. Also bought hearthstone cards and a game on Origin, instant delivery no problem at all.

They sold me a code that was not valid in my region. I ask them to send me another code or give me a refund. They said they can give me a refund within 7 days and asked me not to try activating the code again or not to send the code to anyone else, so I did not. After a few days and no refund I contacted them again asking what's taking so long and they tell me that the code has been activated and they have to assume it was me. I contacted Xbox Support and they tell me that the code they sent me has never been activated by any account.

This company is trying desperately to steal my money without giving me a working product. DO NOT trust gamesdeal.com and DO NOT buy anything from them. I don't even know if I trust the other reviews on this website.

We bought an x-box renewal code and it can only be used in Brazil. Company will not reply. Don't buy!
