Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues with latency
And connectivity from day one. After days of tickets, troubleshooting,
And dumbing down the default settings for the game I was trying to play I
Gave up. Constant server crashes and restarts. The technicians are nice
Enough, but they do not care about the quality of services they sell
You. I purchased a 12 slot server and only ever had 3 people on it and
Experienced all sorts of issues and crashes.

I got a server for unturned it courrupted game files and generally pissed me off. While trying to update the server I tried 20 times before the sevrer "Officially" updated.

$#*! you gameservers I want to stab your creator in the throat > :(

When comes time to collect money they will sort it asap in minutes - when i have problem with server - answer will come after 4-8 hours... disgusting and useless service ever... Servers by it self weak and not enough resources to provide smooth playing

This is the worst game hosting company i know, I've had a server with them which lagged all the time and when I've complained about it they will always offer to change the machine on which the server located AND its IP... if you run servers you probably know that an IP change is not something you want to go thru.

The first time I've experienced excessive lag i went thru with them switching my server to another machine on another IP, a few weeks later, same problem, lag.

For about 1 year I've also managed a server donated by a friend which was hosted at gameservers.com, that server was lagging frequently as-well.

I have 1 other friend that hosts with gameservers.com, his server lags frequently also, he can not switch host due to the server being paid for 6 months.

4 separate machines in different countries, all lagging, i have nothing good to say about this host.

I advise you to stay away.

I have been charged by them without my authorization for game server even tho I did not subscribe for the services. I was promised a refund but have not received any.

I've been a customer of gameservers for over 8 years. Recently, I was renting a VOIP Server from this company, when our server started getting heavy lag spikes and the service was being disrupted.

I contacted their support and a representative named Brendan offered to switch me to a new server box. I explained to him that this was at least the third time that I've experienced this problem with his company, and that I was unwilling to undergo the same inconvenience of switching server addresses all over again.

He replied and told me that there is nothing more that he could do, and he closed my ticket. After exchanging some messages with him, and having him close my ticket multiple times, I demanded to speak to a manager. The manager gave me a theory as to why my server was having the problems and failed to keep me posted as to the actions that would be taken to assure me that my server would no longer be experiencing issues.

After my horrible customer support experience with Brenadan, who felt it necessary to constantly close my support tickets, I submitted a ticket requesting the cancellation of my service and a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the month, which I had paid for in advance.

Brendan replied to my ticket and refused to provide a refund, as per his company's policy. He of all people was well-aware of the already awful experience I had with his company, and after closing my ticket twice-more, he unilaterally decided to deny my request for a pro-rated refund.

This experience has possibly been one of the worst in my life. I have never dealt with such an uncooperative and unwilling employee through any company I've ever done business with.

Buyer beware... These guys love to take your money. When it comes time to step up to the plate and support the service they're providing you? They hit you with canned responses, they close your tickets, and they obviously don't value customer loyalty, otherwise, I wouldn't have been treated like a worthless pile of excrement.

Do your research and find a more reliable host to do business with.
