Ok so I ordered some items from Games Workshop as I wanted to support this company and it states that shipping would be within 5 works days so I figured why not. I waited about 3 work days to check on the status of my order to which I still didn't have tracking information. With this I emailed them at 4 fays to find out what was going on to which they said that it was still within the range of delivery and I stated that there was one day left. They did not reply so I ended up calling them about 6 days later and the gentleman said there was issues with the order which according to the previous person there wasn't. Now it's been 12 days since I order and requested that the order be expedited. No response to my previous email, no tracking information and the person on the phone is stating that they can't expedite for some reason and that it might ship by the end of the week which means it might not ship till the 19/20th resulting in it being almost a month since ordering. I'll be ordering from other sites/shops from now on as I can't count on games workshop to fulfill the order in a timely manner. Except for the one gentleman that helped me originally I have nothing good to say about the company.

Ordered nearly £1000 worth of items 21 days later still no items. I have called them 20 times, sent over 30 emails. 1 official complaint and nothing. Each time I get your orders being processed. Then it was one item not there, so I asked for refund and send the rest. 3 days later called again your orders on hold as we haven't an item (The one I told them to refund)? My god its like pulling your teeth out. Utter joke of a company.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother cuz the shipping is a lie.
Products used:
Ordered aos spider riders on the 4th but still getting the run around. This is not a cheap hobby so you'd think the company gave a damn about their customers.
