This company is awful! I ordered a pair of shoes, they were cheaply made and very uncomfortable. I have been trying to return them for weeks. Customer service is hit or miss, it's a total scam, the most ridiculous thing I've ever been part of. They go days between responses to emails, when they do respond it's to just repeat what they said in the last email. I think they're hoping I'll just give up.

I bought a pair of "cute shoes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They were so cheap that the "cork" was a plastic picture of cork. Not real! The buckle was fake and didnt work - it was a non-adjustable hook! Truly awful.! So I called/emailed to return them. Like the others on this site, got the run around. I was told that the return postage was more than the cost of the shoes so it would not make sense to return. It was suggested i give them to someone and use a $10 gift card to buy a new pair of shoes I would like better.! Then the offer went up to $20. But NO RETURN. After 3 months of dead end emails, I sent the whole exchange to my credit card company for their fraud service. My money was returned (thank you Capital ONe) and I never heard from anyone again (6 months ago) The experience was so bad that I am leery of buying any clothing items off facebook now.

The shoes are very cheaply made and do not fit properly. I tried to get a refund and got nothing but the runaround. They even suggested that I keep the shoes and give them to somebody! Do not, repeat, DO NOT buy anything from this Chinese scam company

Gammybest is a website that is selling really nice looking sandals and shoes. From their ads, which have been showing up in some iTunes games I (unfortunately) play, it looks as if these shoes are made very well, scientifically to fit the feet and avoid foot problems. But now we have to investigate all sites first. I looked up gammybest online, and there were numerous websites that called this company a scam. They said you may not receive your product, if you receive something, it won't be what you want, and watch your credit card for unwanted use. One of the best sites I read was "wisdomganga.com", which I will review soon.

It took over a month to receive my order. When the sandals arrived I was very disappointed. I expected quality leather with lots of comfort in the insoles, as shown in their ads. The leather is cheap and the sandals are hard and firm with little give. I am able to wear them as long as I don't have to do much walking. I will not buy again from this company and do not recommend them. They are far enough away (probably China) that they are not concerned about regulations and false advertisement, or offering quality products.

The shoes are flimsy
And don't fit well.
They don't speak good english or read my request. They don't honor their return policy or tell you where to return them.

The sandals I ordered arrived approx 6 weeks after the order was placed. The sandals are too small and too narrow across the top of my foot. I emailed Gammybest to request instructions on returning the package. 4-5 emails later, I still do not have an address to return the sandals. They keep offering me gift cards for their website - I explained I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from them again and that I just want a refund. Still no return shipping address. I highly recommend you avoid purchasing products from this company.

I ordered a nice looking pair of shoes. Saw their ad in FB. UNFORTUNATELY I didn't see these reviews first. I got no confirmation from them that order was processing only that 47.96 was taken from PayPal. It wasn't until I challenged them thru PayPal that miraculously the shoes were shipped. They did not fit. Length is fine but shoe is way too wide and loose fitting. They told me to tighten the strap when I complained and to send pix. Now they want me to give the shoes away and accept $5 off my next order! Are they kidding?

I did receive the shoes. They are cheap crap shippped directly from China. They came in a bag so were badly crushed. Poor stitching on upper. Soul is fine. AND they are too small. DO NOT buy these shoes. An associated company seems to be Kenshae. Look great on FB but... I won't even spend the money to try to ship them back.

I ordered these shoes in June. I received an email confirmation and that was it. I emailed them 2 times waiting for a response on shipping status and never received a response back. I still don't have my shoes and am trying to figure out how I can cancel the order and stop the payment from processing.

I should have known better.

This company is awful - the products take forever to arrive. What you receive is not what you saw in the photos that enticed you to order. Customer service is awful. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

This company does NOT accept returns nor provide refunds. Shoes I bought were like two sizes too small and this was their response to my request to return and get a refund:

The same size sandals fit differently due to different people's feet( such more thin or thick than normal size).
Is it possible to give it to your friends who fit for? Maybe you can pass it to your family or friend as gift.
We would like to offer you gift card $5 if it is possible.

This seems to be a common theme when buying from these pop up websites. Products all come directly from China.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering--I looked but didn't find them. I contacted Gammybest via email and got response in Chinese characters, with badly translated message about delay in shipping. My card has been charged, but I've been had. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is impossible to work with for returns. They will not provide a mailing address to ship to. When contacting them they email back and forth insisting in picture and will never let you return anything. The quality of the product is horrible, fabric is not what you think..

Received the shoes and they were too big. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to send it to China and it would cost a lot. They offered me $6. The shoes were $50. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them.

Took 6 weeks to arrive (after asking PayPal to intervene). Garbage, cheap sandals. Too small in toe, too large in heel (they do not stay on), no cushioning in sole as advertised, hard as a board with no flexibility in the sole while walking. They also have a strange smell. I filed a claim with PayPal requesting a refund and how to return. They provided an address in China and required tracking info. With the return. Post office quoted me $47.00 for shipping and tracking costs. This shoe company sent me an email saying if they did not fit I should give them to someone else. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do not order from these people. They sell crappy products and do not honor their 30 day return policy. They never will send you a return address

When checking the FedEx number was informed they got a number but never used it.
Even though the shoes were not shipped, my credit card was charged.

Where are my shoes? I lost my tracking number. Can someone help me! I need an answer please. I'm trying to get in touch so I can actually talk to someone.

Saw an ad on Facebook for their shoes. Slick ad. Two months later and they won't even respond to me. Shame on Facebook for allowing them to advertise!
