Garcinia do not dispatch the goods as promised, they are still advertising "pay only shipping and handling" but they still charge you a "full" price because you did not respond in time for the special.
They want to keep your money and they do not dispatch the goods, and when you phone you are just told to phone back, the shipment will come?

I can confirm this. ITS a SCAM. Stay away. You will loose a lot of money.

I also got scamed i didnt go through it propley just skimmed through then got the free trial paying shipping $8 NZD when i went back on the website that had the link to the trial i realised the website was fake tried the numbers on the site didnt even work. Just glad i only lost out on $16 and cancelled my credit card. Fukuurs

I decided to give the trial online a go, and with these things you always need to be careful and make sure you understand their terms and conditions. I read everything carefully. It was a free 14 day trial with a 30 day money back guarantee. After the 14 days they will charge you full price for the item if you didn't want to get charged the full price you needed to cancel within the 14 day period by calling or emailing the info provided to you at the time of registration. I decided that i hadn't really experienced the product and let them charge me the full value. After realizing the product wasn't for me I asked to cancel. But they continued to charge me another 2 times and send me the product.

When i called they tried to keep me by offering me 50% off or 75% off and refunding me back that difference. After a lot of yelling and wasting my time of the phone with them I received my money back. It definitely is a company that wants to hook you in any way they can, but they're also real people on the other side of the business and it is possible to get your money back for the portions you shouldn't have received.

If you signed up for the "trial" and didn't cancel in time before the full charge then that's your fault not the companies. Next time you should read the Terms and Conditions carefully before just clicking accept. Once you agree to them you can't argue against them.

I wouldn't recommend anyone going through this company because unless you really want to give the product a try it's not worth the long term hassle. If you do decide to go forward with it just know what you're agreeing too.

2 Months ago I ordered a 30 day Free sample which I still haven't received and only had to pay for the shipping charges and they stole my credit card info from the shipping charge and charged me $278.00 on my visa without my authorization. This is just a scam stay away

I wish the authorities should take action to stop all this $#*!ing GarciniaBasics cheating scam company and get these people to be hang till death. It really make you sick. These bastard should be stopped once for all. $#*! holes.
