I ordered a small item from Gatzies, via Amazon.com, for the first time without knowing anything about the company. Won't go into detail but there was a minor shipping problem and then the item was received with fatal damage. But their customer service was exemplary in every way along with friendly and close to immediate responses. A photo of the damage and packaging was sufficient for them to send out a replacement I'll not hesitate to check with them for any future needs and do indeed recommend them.
I can't believe Amazon hasn't removed this seller. I never received the product and working with them has been a nightmare. Do not order from this company.
Really? Ordered dog food through Amazon and this seller, which shipped via UPS. UPS said it attempted delivery on Nov. 8, and I was home all day, and NO DELIVERY attempted. Then, the order was flagged as a "problem" and UPS delivered it to an auto parts store! My plea that I didn't pay to have a needed product stored somewhere instead of delivered to me, fell on deaf ears. The seller parrotted the lie that UPS "attempted delivery" I will not order from Amazon nor this seller.

Not only do they have an experienced people working for them I tried to order this radio unit once before and I got nothing but I got my money back this time I got 20 lb of plastic bags
Tip for consumers:
If you want to wait 2 weeks and then still get the wrong thing use this site, if you want to get the right thing I have no idea they're the only people that showed up on the Amazon site as selling this product

Don't know why Amazon even allows Gatzies to operate on their website! Horrible shipping - takes forever. Their customer service doesn't care. Take a close look at the "good" reviews they have on Amazon - nearly all are very short or even nonsensical and are clearly fakes. Don't fall for it. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother ordering from this awful company.
I received a bottle of glue that was in a bag with NO padding! The neck of the bottle had cracked open, leaking about half of the glue. A total mess. I would like it replaced. I get downtown once a week, after the post office is closed. So, mailing back the product won't do. I need a padded bag from y'all, with a mailing label. Thanks.
Received twine instead of typewriter ribbon. Pretty weird. Not sure how this would happen. Hopefully the person who needed twine has a typewriter.
My order came damaged. I can use most of it but some will have to be tossed. In the receipt I received from them it said to contact *******@gatzies.com for any problems. When I got to their site it turns out that I have to give my credit card information and pay money to get help. This is ridiculous. Stay away if at all possible.
I agree; I ordered a Mailbox from them through Google shopping; it took forever to receive; and all they did was slap a label on the manufacturing box itself and shipped it. No protection at all for the product. It, of course, was received damaged, as the hinge for the door was broken off, which would not have been hard to achieve in shipping.
I have never until this situation received something shipped in its original manufacturing box without an exterior brown shipping box with bubble wrap to enclose the interior box.
Shame on them!
Order a Johnson Pocket Door mounting kit and they had shipped it to me missing the door attachment plates. I wish i would have read the reviews before I order anything from them. After contacting them 4 times, where they told me they shipped the replacement part and never receiving it. I had to reorder the expensive part from another source. I would give them zero stars if possible.
Ordered some spray lubricants 1st of Feb. Kept saying it will ship. Finally shipped (?), no tracking number, no proof it really shipped. Amazon should really look at this outfit. Too bad you can't rate lower than 1 star.
On Aug. 28 through Amazon I ordered DAP Silicon rubber sealant. They reported delivery between Sept 10-15. This was too late, on Aug 30 I canceled. Gatzies emailed me back on Sept 1 saying "Sorry, it's already been shipped". My reply - "I don't care, I want a refund". I received a partial refund, product was 14.74, my refund was 11.14 (steep restocking fee). I just received the order today, October 5! Unbelievable. The worst part, they have an 82% positive rating on Amazon, which isn't very good - and I should have checked - but you cannot leave feedback on Amazon anymore. Yes, they're that bad.
I should not have to pay any more money, supposedly refundable, to return a defective product do not purchase anything from this company highly dissatisfied. Poly can was open and leaking when received

I ordered 20lbs. Sunflower seeds for birds... after a month, I inquired why I didn't receive it but Gatzie said they sent it and provided a tracking no. Checked with Post office and they had sent me some colored paint chips (free color cards from paint store) with same tracking no. That 20lbs. Sunflower seeds supposedly had been sent to me. I do not understand how Gatzie can be on Amazon when they are scammers. Do not buy from them!

This is the most horrible store to purchase anything... I ordered a large wax candle from Walmart and I guess they use these idiots as a third party or whatever... The wax candles came in 500 pieces... all cracked... The bag that they shipped it in was paper thin... never ever buy anything from them or thru Walmart...
They dont accept returns! Even if the wrong item. I ordered a stove pipe for $52 that will be going to the dump
This company is located less than an hour from my home and I still had to wait 19 days for my product to arrive. I'd have cancelled but couldn't do so until the product arrived.
I asked to return it and was told they'd only give me 30% of my money back.
I'll sell the damn thing myself, why should I only get a partial refund while they sell it to someone else at full price.
Awful customer service.
The title says it all. I have a pretty good grip, even used leverage with long handle pliers, but could not turn the ferrule that you lock and unlock with. I called Corona, and customer service said it should not be that way and that I should return it to the reseller (Gatzies). Beware of this company.
I ordered 10 tape measures for my woodworking program. They so small and useless. They have not responded to my two emails and the phone number on their web site does not work. Scam alert.
I live towns away and it takes 2 weeks to get it in the mail to be sent. They don't care about you, they seem more of a reseller than a company. Going to contact the supplier to make sure they know this company is reselling and hurting their company name.
I purchased a sink that was sent to wrong address. They said too bad. It's your fault and refused to take it back. I'm going to see an attorney.
Ordered a floor grate that was in many pieces when received. The top and bottom frame was separated and bent almost double. The movable louvers were loose out of the frame as was the opening and closing mechanism. The item was loose in a cardboard box with no packing and just raddled around in there. Terrible service. I have learned my lesson.
Heavy product with sharp corners shipped in a padded paper bag. Bag arrived with four holes and some of the product, which was also not in "new" condition.
