Amazing hair quality, the best there is on offer, and I have yet to find a better choice or quality, online. Delivery and communication with matching hair colour, I cannot fault. A discount request has never been refused, and a big thank you to Gee Hair, has helped improved my confidence. After following their tutorials, straight partings and attaching clips to lightly teased root hair, works for me every time.
If you want hair that's sold as 300 grams but is completely thin at the ends - then this is the hair for you. Appreciating their policy of once the bag has been opened you cannot return them - however how is anyone meant to know the quality of what's inside the bag, without opening? I have thick hair, however have worn extensions for years at 280grams and never had an issue with them being so sparse near the ends. I followed all the care advice given by Gee Hair, but the quality just isn't as expected. Considering I've paid £300 for these extensions, I was less than impressed - so I decided to email them and give them chance to rectify the issue, before writing this review. After some back and fourth, telling me to braid my natural hair in order for it to blend (absolutely absurd and have never been told this before), that I should use blending hacks, curl them in the correct way or buy synthetic extensions. I've quite frankly had enough of their excuses and shifting the blame on the customer. I've been told their extensions have passed vigorous quality testing and the onus is now on me in summary. So, now I'm left with hair extensions that I can't wear and a rather large £300 in my pocket because Gee Hair love to blame their customers for their extensions being too thin on the ends. Please do yourself a favour and learn from my mistake - choose another hair extensions brand you order from and avoid Gee Hair like the plague. I'll be taking them to small claims court.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pure con artists and scammers. Trying to scam people out of money they pay for a product they don't receive and they don't send back full refunds for a product they never received and have canceled.

Do not buy from this company. Bunch of liars and scammers. You don't even receive your full refund back no order was even sent or received. Due to a error of payment on their end they ask for extra money and don't send you your full refund back as requested.

I order some hair extensions that was around £125. The package came and sed it can not be opened or it voids returns. It had some black tags going through the zip to stop it opening. I didn't open the package and I return the package up opened and how I received it. They then claimed I had opened the package and then that I had put my own tag in to lock it again that would be impossible for me to have access to a machine that could put tags in like that. They are just saying to rob me out of a refund. The item was not opened and there is no reason what so ever that they could not refund me for the return. The only excuse I can think of is because their business is not doing well and they need the money. I have reported them to trading standards.
I am now going through a legal battle and wish I had red the reviews before.
The worst hair extensions I've ever brought. I have used many different types and brands of hair extensions, over a time period of 10 years. I brought the Soul M8 set in Champagne Blonde and was excited because of their social media presence and "1 year guarantee". However, upon receiving them I noticed they had thick black wirey strands throughout the hair extensions, this wasn't too much of an issue as I know a lot of companies do this to bulk out the extensions.
Within only a month and only having worn the hair extensions maybe 6 times (and following the aftercare guidelines to the letter.) The hair extensions would mat within an hour of putting them in. Matted to the point of not even being able to run a brush through them. And if I did try to gently run a brush for them, it would so easily rip the clips out of my hair. Even if I hadn't brushed them, the clips would slip out anyway. I was only out for a meal or sat at my desk and the extensions would be so unbelievably matted- after only having them for a month. The clips always aren't sewn on very well as they have started to become unattached.
After this, I wrote to their ‘customer care' team, stating my problems with the extensions in a polite and detailed email. The response I got was, of course, asking how I had cared for them. I explained that having only had them for a month and worn a handful of times and having followed the after guidelines exactly. After this, no response. I included my payment statement and delivery slot proof once again and still heard nothing. It has now been 11 days and still nothing. I don't believe they actually offer a ‘1 year guarantee' this is just something they say to encourage a sale.
Please, please do not waste your money. Over £200 spend on just the worst hair extensions you can ever imagine. And when you have an issue, being just completely ignored by customer services.
Save your money ladies and go to Foxylocks…wish I had just stuck with them instead of being brave and trying another brand.

Absolutely horrible hair quality and horrible customer service!
I bought 2 different times set of extensions from gee hair and the hair shedding really bad! So bad that it's embarrassing to put them on! I emailed so many times to customer service also tried to contact them on Facebook, sending them videos and pictures of how the hair shedding and nothing! What a joke
So sad that they can put a disclaimer on their website and on social media how good their hair is and then you get absolutely the opposite! It should be illegal to lie and steal people money like that!

I have always used GeeHair for extensions, the quality of the hair lasts for years and looks so natural. Other brands have that awful netting and GeeHair doesn't so it makes them so much more comfortable and better than the rest by far. 100% recommend!
Very bad hair quality! I do not recommend buying these extensions. The hair is bleached to white and after that it's coloured, so this makes the hair really damaged. In order to hide that the hair has very bad quality they will put a silicone coat and would recommend you not to wash the hair so you can't see that the hair is so damaged, but after you wash the hair the truth will come out. You will noticed that the hair smells like plastic proof that they put that silicone coat. It tangles a lot and the hair is falling from the hair extensions like crazy. I researched a lot of companies online and I thought this is going to be a reliable hair supplier due to the video reviews. But what do you see in the videos and photos is not the same hair quality that you will get. They will charge a big amount of money for low quality hair.
I have heard so much hype about this hair and so I was curious to see if it was true or not, but honestly I love my hair. The colour match was spot on and they couldn't be anymore helpful. Thumbs up from me x
