Since I opened an account here, its been one problem or another but the point where I knew I had to take action was when I realized that it seemed my account was frozen and it seemed impossible to make any withdrawals. Then it got hacked and my money was gone. Now I had to act fast or I'll lose everything so I filed a report to briskclaim who came to my rescue and helped me recover every money initially lost

This broker, Gemini, is a complete scam. Despite successful transactions, attempting to withdraw funds results in excruciating delays. Customer service is unresponsive, and my money seems to be held hostage. Hopes for care have long faded, leaving a feeling of disappointment and helplessness. If I say I am disappointed that will just be an understatement, I was made to go through hell in the past 6 months I tried everything I could to get my money back, but they will not let me take it out. I am totally disappointed about this cypto business, I tought they were legit but Its BSS! Do not attend to this website, customer service dont even know what are they doing on there, a waste of money and time. I did some research first and then I got an ads recommendation for this website and instantly put my faith on it and all my money now im broke.

Having decided to put a little money in cryptocurrency, I took advantage of a special incentive offer Gemini was making and signed up. On the first day, I had a question about how to fund my account. It took them several days to answer. The gist of the reply was that I could only fund the account via wire transfer - not by ACH. Well, by then it was too late to qualify for the incentive. I raised this with their customer support, and without argument, they agreed. I got the incentive, but more importantly, I got proof that Gemini is a good company that does the right thing.

Absolutely the worst bitcoin platform I have encountered. I recently opened an account with Gemini, and luckily I wanted to see how my experience with Gemini. Shortly after I could not log in. I received a splash screen saying " your account has been frozen" one week has passed and I've messaged Gemini support, as they do not even have a phone number anywhere, and to date no explanation why my account was frozen and I cannot access my funds. Gemini support refuses to give me a simple explanation as to why is going on. And this week was extremely important in the markets. Now I wonder if I'll even get the money I deposited back. DO NIT GIVE GEMINI YOUR MONEY, may as well just hand it to a stranger you cannot contact.

To be honest, I've been through the worst time of my life and am just lucky to have been introduced to the professionals who have helped me. In august 2023 my account was frozed and i was denied access for reason i am still unaware communion, with va zer, trail lead 2 getting my customary dues. I dont advise the use of gemini as your platform.

Don't trust Gemini! I tried to send crypto but they put a security hold on my account. I jumped through every hoop and sent proof that this is my account multiple times like they requested and they still won't release the hold on MY money! Don't let Gemini steal your money too!

If not the report to the recovery company online, my withdrawal will be pending till date. I'd not have taken my capital out without the process Chaîn Vault Tech the police recommended me to.

My primary gripes with Gemini are that the service goes down with some frequency (although it isn't usually down for too long) and they only trade a relatively small number of tokens. However, I trust them, I think they do a good job being careful about US regulations and are going to keep my funds safe. Their Active Trader platform is quite good and the trading prices are reasonable (Pro Tip: never trade on the mobile app, the prices are really high--everyone should use Active Trader, just enable it in your settings). I would like to see Gemini add Eth staking and more tokens but otherwise I've been quite happy with them.
