Wanted to get an appointment at Mr Kluegls institution. After a lot of trying to get trough via telephone, which is very hard because many want an appointment. Finally, got trough and told off by an extremely rude secretary. Got told in a very rude and unwelcoming way that they are booked out "forever", and after saying that I had called before, almost shouted at why I did not say that earlier. Decided to not book an appointment, because I believe such behaviour towards potential clients is contradicting to what Mr Kluegl tells he is and offers. Almost seems like they dont want to get any new clients, which makes sense as appointments need to be made months ahead. --- Was sehr begeistert von Herrn Kluegls Wissen und wollte selbst einen Termin vereinbahren. Es ist sehr schwer telefonisch durchzukommen, da Termine extrem gegfragt sind. Als ich das endlich geschafft hatte, wurde ich von der Sekraetarin sehr unfreundlich behandelt, Und angeschnauzt dass keine Termine mehr frei sind. Habe dann auch beschlossen, keinen Termin mehr zu machen. Ich finde, unfreundlicher Kundenservice steht im Widerspruch mit dem Angebot von Herrn Kluegl. Leider.
