They pretended to be the hotel. With the pandemic in full swing, I had several questions, which they answered in the positive. ALL of their answers were lies. The next time I book a hotel/motel I will make doubly sure that I am not on getaroom's website.

On 4/7 I received an email that my refund had been approved and processed. It said 3-5 business days for a refund. NO REFUND. On 4/17 I followed up with the agent that said I would receive the refund and received another response that I should be patient and it may take up to 10 more days. It is now over 60 DAYS SINCE I STARTED this process and I have been more than patient. I have also reported them to the BBB.
